Das Hotel war erstaunlich und der Spa-Bereich war unreal . Hatte eine Abendessenbuchung und der Service war wirklich schlecht. Halten Sie sich für Dinge zu fragen. Artikel, die ich bestellt, kam nie und Server vermeiden Augenkontakt, so dass wir endlich warten Alter zu servieren. Das Essen war so warm wie möglich. Sehr teuer und der Kundenservice war einfach nicht da.

Good location. Friendly welcome staff. Room was clean. Was little cold but extra blanket helped. I didn’t use the facilities. Only issue i found uncomfortable was getting to room via the stairs in bar area. A big round table when occupied i found little uncomfortable having to pass through to get to. I left early, no one on reception to give key back too. Waited a little, then went and looked. Found a member of staff in dining area behind, who advised was not her job. So left the key on reception side. Nice hotel tho. Thank you
