Arasatu Villas & Sanctuary

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. We were greeted by the team on arrival with refreshing drinks and towels to freshen up. The team decorated the room beautifully and we had dinner on our private balcony. Definitely a special romantic dinner as I wanted it to be. The team were so attentive and really went the extra mile. Always caring and making sure we have had breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is definately on point -very tasty. The team would even notice if we missed a meal whilst out on excursions and would send food to our room. The excursions were well managed - even last minute requests the team would do their utmost to make sure we had the time of our lives. my stay was an amazing experience and its to the credit of the arasatu team who go over and beyond. VIP service is one thing all the guests can agree on when it comes to staying at an arasatu resort. I would highly recommend the diving master Firdaus is great. All the restaurant staff are very friendly Yola and Mr Pastika were exceptional and responded so quickly to all resquests. the restaurant team Johannes and the manager were great. Thank you to the whole team the experience I had is down to all of you!

It is a great place to relax and enjoy, also the house reef is spectacular. Yola at reception is the best to organise your arrival and departure, becaus that isn't easy. Also durring the stay she get all organised (trips/advebtures) on at around the island. Thanks for the great time. Michae & Christoph

How do i say it, one of the best holiday our family ever have ❤️. The staff all wonderfull and friendly, you guys are the best, that makes it all complete the holiday. Every places has it lacks of this and that, and the staff effort to compensate those are above and beyond, and thank you all for that. We cant wait for our next visit. We cant show many of our amzing pics bcoz our privacy, but here are some of them.
