Services: 4/5 The buffet offered a decent variety and quantity, including three types of fruit: guava, orange, and watermelon. However, there wasn’t much staff around, with only front desk and buffet staff present. We helped ourselves to towels before going to the spa, and umbrellas were also available. Amenities: 5/5 I loved the spa; it felt unique compared to other hotels. Though it looks a bit old, unlike reviews I’ve read online claiming the hot spring was cold, there was indeed a hot spring available. There is actually one hot spring and two cold ones, and with separate areas for men and women, we felt safe. Cleanliness: 3/5 This was the downside of our stay. While the room appeared neat and tidy at first, the floor was dusty, with dust collecting in the corners around the room. The mirrors were also stained. Location: 3/5 The hotel isn’t close to any establishments, so we needed to use Grab to get anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might still return if we’re in the mood for a relaxing hot spring visit.

Luftkontakt im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Unbeständig in diesen wenigen Tagen, als das Wetter so heiß war. Wir mussten früher aussehen, um uns in Luftkontaktzentren zu schlucken. Heizung im gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionierte auch nicht ordnungsgemäß. Wasser war immer noch heiß, obwohl der Anruf von instant Heater auf “off”. Wir mussten beide Dusche Kopf/Tappen wechseln, um das heiße und kalte Wasser selbst zu mischen. Keine Handsaft wurde gegeben, obwohl Covid uns gelehrt, um Hygiene zu beachten.

This apartment is great with cozy style and feel modern too. We have 3bedrooms and living room w sofa , dining and kitchen too. Aircon also work well , cool . We may recommend this type of apartment when you come with more family members or come with more friends. Shopping mall just link from ground floor where you can shopping,eating ,karaoke etc. The only one thing we suggest is increase visibility for grab/taxi to go in to apartment lobby where most of them don’t know how to come . Das Zimmer war sauber. Der einzige Nebenteil ist, dass es Ant in jedem Zimmer, das ich in Miico geblieben habe. Auch wenn ich den Tisch von der Wand entfernt gezogen habe, konnten die Ant noch auf den Obersten. Ich hätte meine Nahrung in das Toilette setzen müssen und sie auf den Handtuchschuh platzieren müssen, so dass sie es nicht erreichen konnten.

Room is fine, clean. Just the space beside the bed for the last room is small. Might kick the side of the bed if unnoticeable. Unable to walk normally on the side so ended just climb and crawl to sleep. Not suitable for elderly. Toilet might be slippery after bathe, lucky they provided the plastic kind of slipper to wear. Bottle water they will refill daily. They will make up room too. Ours room didn't have the do not disturb sign yet they still enter to pack up room which we do not want to. Was quite shocking. Nearby have 1 eatery but the land opposite looks more promising just that crossing the road would be dangerous as there are fast cars and no traffic lights. Better to drive opposite of possible. Short stay 2 day still okay but 3 day above would be bored. Given only one room card, extra myr50 deposit for each card. Card room kept resetting. Had to go counter every day to have it fixed.
