We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

Luftkontakt im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Unbeständig in diesen wenigen Tagen, als das Wetter so heiß war. Wir mussten früher aussehen, um uns in Luftkontaktzentren zu schlucken. Heizung im gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionierte auch nicht ordnungsgemäß. Wasser war immer noch heiß, obwohl der Anruf von instant Heater auf “off”. Wir mussten beide Dusche Kopf/Tappen wechseln, um das heiße und kalte Wasser selbst zu mischen. Keine Handsaft wurde gegeben, obwohl Covid uns gelehrt, um Hygiene zu beachten.

This apartment is great with cozy style and feel modern too. We have 3bedrooms and living room w sofa , dining and kitchen too. Aircon also work well , cool . We may recommend this type of apartment when you come with more family members or come with more friends. Shopping mall just link from ground floor where you can shopping,eating ,karaoke etc. The only one thing we suggest is increase visibility for grab/taxi to go in to apartment lobby where most of them don’t know how to come .
