Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sauber, nahe der Einrichtungen, fühlen Sie sich sicher. Das Toilette ist besonders sauber, die Deco ist geschmackvoll gemacht und im zeitgenössischen Stil. Das Personal war immer nett während meines 6 Nächte Aufenthalts. Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause weg von zu Hause. Danke.

Das ist das sauberste und saubereste Zimmer, das ich in der Saba hatte, und es ist eine Nacht lang schlimm.
Sehr nahe vom Flughafen, wenn es Mitte der Nacht zum Flughafen ist, kann man überlegen, hier zu bleiben und eine Nacht zu ändern. Am nächsten Tag kann man in den nebenanen Markt gehen, um ein Essen zu essen und langsam mit dem Auto zu fahren, um es zu besuchen.
Sehr gut zu finden, der gesamte Prozess wird selbst unterstützt ～
Auf der Rezeption können Sie sehr bequem Chinesisch ～ sprechen

Stay here a night before flight next day back to KL. Surrounding is quite deserted so if alone just becareful. Front desk is friendly. Its a budget hotel so quite reasonably humble. Good for short stay prior flight the next day

Nice and new furniture…
Cleanliness good but can be improved esp in the toilet bowl and the hot and cold shower is stuck and tight in between… 😅

Als Lady Boss hörte, dass ich ein häufiger Reisende nach Tawau bin (mindestens 2 x 2 Tage Reisen pro Monat) gab sie mir eine kostenlose Upgrade zum Deluxe-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und der Fernseher kommt mit Netfix. Das einzige kleine Unvollkommenheit für mich war das Fehlen von Wasserkehl im Zimmer. Es wäre besser, entweder ein Einzel-Kettle in jedem Zimmer oder ein warmes und kaltes Wasserdispertor auf jedem Niveau. Best wäre auch die Zimmer mit einer Minibar ausgestattet. überall ein guter Aufenthalt.

The hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.

Iron ist nicht im Zimmer verfügbar. Sie müssen den Empfänger bitten, es ins Zimmer zu schicken. Ich habe einmal gerufen, um ein Eisen zu beantragen, aber ich wartete fast eine Stunde und es wurde nicht geliefert, bis ich aus ging zu essen. Das ist okay. aber was nicht gut ist, dass wenn Sie nicht im Zimmer sind, Haushalter in das Zimmer ohne zu fragen. Es gab keine ”Bitte stören Sie nicht” Tag im Zimmer, das ich angemeldet habe. Am nächsten Tag sagte ich dem Empfänger, nicht mein Zimmer zu reinigen. und Sie wissen, was passiert ist? Wenn ich nach dem Ausmaß der Dinge zurückkehre, ist mein Zimmer aufgetaucht! Das schränkt die Privatsphäre des Mieters bereits ein!

TThe ImpregnableThis hotel is clean and situated in a great location. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed sheet and pillow cover are spotless clean and smell good. The toilet is decent with hot shower. Still, there are water marks on the toilet wall that are still acceptable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are convenience stores and ATMs in the vicinity. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

WWui HonThis hotel is a good place to stay, low rates and worth it for the 3 of us in a room. The room is clean. There's water dispenser in the corridor for the convenience of guests.
The only drawback is there's no lift and we have to walk all the way up the the 3rd floor.

AAnonymer Benutzer3-Ebenen-Shoplot-Gebäude ohne Aufzug. Kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster. Vor dem Markt. Dieses Hotel liegt etwa 10min zu Fuß zu utc passar tanjung tawau und 30mins Fahrt zum Flughafen. Ankunft spät in der Nacht um 8 Uhr und sie erlaubt spät einchecken. Aircond funktioniert gut aber das Zimmer gibt ein wenig Muschi lustig. Fernseher & aircond muss beim Abcheck an den Empfänger zurückgegeben werden. 2 kleine Seife wurden beim Einchecken gegeben. Es kann nicht viel für rm74/night Zimmer erwarten. Für Muslime muss man auf dem Bett beten, weil zu wenig Platz zum Sujud. Gut für 1 Nacht nur bleiben.

AABAPOI have been staying every month in junior suite.
So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken.
For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given.
I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.
