Art Residence Hotel

在這間酒店遇到了糟心的double check in，晚上9點左右，我和朋友兩位女士，我正在洗澡，我朋友在床上躺着，一個陌生人拿着前台給的房卡就刷開了我們的房間，他也很震驚房間裏有人。也就是前台把我們已經入住的房子又安排了別人，因為前台操作的不是一個人，我晚上去找他們他們就説系統有問題，而且一晚上都沒睡好，擔心有人進來，因為裏面無法反鎖房門。 第二天去退房的時候要打印registration crad，發現他們把入住的人名性別都搞錯了。 而且酒店一層樓有兩個相同的房間號，顧客很容易就會搞錯，會有人搞錯房間來刷你的門。 我勸大家還是住更正規一點的酒店吧。

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, even providing me with a breakfast lunch box for an early tour I had before the breakfast was open. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff work hard to be sure the hotel cleanliness is kept to a high standard. I had to extend my stay, I booked an upgraded larger room, they offered at a discounted rate which again was clean with good black out curtains and quiet. Aziz and a couple of his colleagues on the desk were very attentive, made sure my stay was comfortable, helped with any questions or concerns I had which did make a difference to my stay in a big property. The single room I initially booked, was for me was just fine although some may find them small, but it had enough luggage space for a medium sized bag and backpack, super clean and tidy, the hallway noise was fine for me but a light sleeper might want to bring ear plugs. The pool/ hum-mum was private - you need to book in advance - again clean and nice to have to one’s self! The hotel is big and has some unique small quirks aspects to it, which added to the charm for me. The second room was large - the beds I would describe as firm but not rock hard - from a westerners perspective, duvets were nice and big, aircon worked well.. I slept fine - but do usually prefer a more medium mattress but I found the beds fine to sleep, and a selection of pillows to choose your preference. Breakfast was fantastic, a wide range of options for many different preferences and tastes, plenty of tea, fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, eggplant, two types of egg styles. Selection of breads. Breakfast was excellent when taking tours or just to start the day. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, Yandex taxis are easy to use, getting to and from the hotel, is easy to find and the reception staff are polite and always happy to answer and help with any questions or issues with arriving.
