Dieses Hotel wurde mehrmals für Bürofreund reserviert, der in Tanjung Balai Karimun arbeitet. Dieses Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dort wert zu kaufen. Gesamt gut.

⚠️DISGUSTING DIRTY HOTEL⚠️ I've spent this time two nights in Aston Karimun and is the most disgusting hotel where i've ever been. Even if i choose for a suite that by logic shoud be a bit better than any standard room, the difference is only on the dimesions. The room was old, poorely maintened, smelly and dirty as i never seen anythig like this before. Marking of water infiltration and mold everywhere. Bathrom with mold and hair everywhere. First night i woke up in the middle of the night with a cockroac that was runnig on my left arm (hotel is full of cockroac and rats especially the restaurant at 7th floor where rats freely runnig out and in from che chitchen). I killed the cockroac with one of the bed pillow and i left the pillow dirtly on the room table. The day after housekepper move it back to the bed without even change the pillow case. Second night, i make fall my phone charger and roll almost under the bed, when i bend over to collect it i seen something under the night table. Was a USED CONDOM together with dust, spidernet and cockroachs dead...... I went to the reception to asking for another room and after seen the pictures the guy say: Sorry i will send you the housekeeper. After 10mins of arguing he decided to gime me another room. We went to 3 different room.....all exacly the same....the only difference was that we didn't find any condom spreaded around. We went also to my room togheter with the maintenance guy and the receptionist that at this point was speechless and only apologize for the issue. I do not use to write any bad review becasue anyone in this world can making mistake so my bad experince cannot causing bad consequences on someone else business. In this case different story, here we are talking about serious helth issues. I will post this review attaching pictures on every single web site that i know. This structure MUST change trend, is unacclettable carrying business playing with customers helth.

für die erste Erfahrung eines Urlaubs in Balai Karimun. Dieses Hotel hat eine ziemlich gute Lage, Sie können zu Fuß gehen, viele Lebensmittelwahlen um. sauber und freundlich alle Mitarbeiter. Danke, alle! Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt. Zunächst, als ich ins Zimmer kam, ist der Boden ziemlich schmutzig mit Schrauben überall und der Aircon ist nicht kalt. Aber wenn ich Rückmeldungen an das Personal, sind sie sehr freundlich und hatte einen Ingenieur geschickt, um den Aircon zu reparieren. Die Bettwäsche und der Kissen sind ziemlich grob und die Badewanne ist auch ziemlich alt, aber mit dem Betrag, der bezahlt wird, kann man nicht viel erwarten. Eine gute Sache über dieses Hotel ist das Kühlschrank ist eigentlich ziemlich kalt im Vergleich zu einigen großen Hotels. Mein Mineralwasser war minimal gefroren? !! Es gibt auch Restaurants und eine Marte in der Nähe, so dass es eigentlich nicht schlecht zu bleiben.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie half uns, ein Taxi für eine kurze Inseltour zu buchen. Einrichtungen weise vernünftig. Frühstück angeboten war normal. Das Essen außerhalb des Hotels wird als OK und vernünftig bezahlt.

Lokasi di terminal pelabuhan antara pulau menjadikan hotel ini berada di lokasi yang terbaik untuk menginap. Disamping itu, pasar malam juga serta terminal angkut juga berada berhampiran dengan hotel ini.

Recommended.... Hotel sangat dekat dengan Jeti...pekerja semua ramah dan sangat membantu...menu sarapan sedap dan pelbagai menu...cuma saya cadangkan sediakan bilik untuk iron baju..saya duduk 2 malam...hari ke 2 cleaner bersihkan bilik dan tukar tuala...

My room number was 202 Below were the defective items: 1. Shower water heater sprinkler was not proper function. 2. Toilet bowl water tank was shaking and water seeping out. 3. Clothing cabinet hanger bar not firm, dropping easily. 4. Wifi VERY weak, inside the room unable to connect, must go outside corridor. 5. Hand washing sink water tap function defectively.

Schöne Lage und Aussicht. Räumiges Zimmer und OK Einrichtungen. Erstmals versuchen Sie dieses Hotel. Bad Frühstück verbreitet und keine Qualität von Grundnahrung überhaupt.. Keine Service und SVC Personal Lady bei Tür dnt sogar lächeln oder haben Grundgrüße.. Wahrscheinlich fühlen sie alle Gäste von Kamong und dnt Beschwerde so gab Canten Essen.. Schlimmer war, wenn meine Kinder auf die Poolseite war von einem alten Mann Mitarbeiter, die sagte nur 2 Personen erlaubt, den Pool zu nutzen.. Wir hv 2 Zimmer und zu meiner Enttäuschung keine Regeln n Verordnung und Leitlinie der Pflege wie ich n meine Frau bleiben in Aston Karimun keine solche Regeln und in anderen Ländern Malaysia n Spore auch. Ich habe eine Form von der GM auf oben als ich verbarmt und schämt w meine Familie, die uns beitreten ...Management nehme sich in diese zu schauen und haben Pflicht Manager auf Pflicht täglich zu verwalten Gäste dissapointmtnet.. Ich bin auch Hotelmanagement in Singapur und so eine Abfallbehandlung guter Lage und Aussicht, aber schlechter Service und Nahrungsmittel n Getränke.
