Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

Soweit die staatlich sanktionierten Covid-Quarantäneeinrichtungen gehen, ist dies eine Top-Notch, 5-star Anlage. Während das Hotel nicht von regelmäßigen Hotelbediensteten besetzt wurde, hat die Guam Guard eine große Aufgabe, mich zu Hause zu fühlen (sobald ich ihre beängstigenden Militär-Camo Uniformen überholt habe, die das Gegenteil tun, sie in ihre Umgebung zu vermischen! ) Glücklicherweise arbeitete das regelmäßige Küchenpersonal hinter den Szenen. Die 3-square Mahlzeiten, die jeden Tag mit militärischer Präzision an meine Tür geliefert wurden, waren fantastisch. Echt gutes Essen eine Mischung aus lokaler und kontinentaler Preis serviert in Festgrößen. Ich habe während meiner Pflicht 7-day hier bleiben gewogen. Ich werde nicht auf die schönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Bucht von meinem 17. Stockzimmer kommentieren, da niemand außer Gott dafür verantwortlich ist. Insgesamt, wenn es noch einmal in Guam quarantänisch sein muss, würde ich mich entscheiden, in dieser Quarantäneanlage oder Q-Fac zu bleiben, wie meine Guards es nennen.

This review is going to be ”unfair” because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

Es liegt etwas weit von der Innenstadt von Tumon entfernt, daher ist es etwas umständlich, wenn Sie kein Auto mieten, aber es ist eine großartige Option für diejenigen, die das Resort ruhig und bequem nutzen möchten, als ob sie es gemietet hätten :-) Auch das Personal war sehr nett. Nach zwei Nächten im Riga Royal zog ich nach Dusit Beach und blieb dort noch zwei Nächte, aber Dusit Beach fühlte sich zu laut an. Der Infinity-Pool ist hübsch und der Meerblick vom Zimmer aus ist auch sehr gut. Ich habe Essen wie Frühstück nicht genutzt und der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind etwas veraltet. Ich habe nicht viel erwartet, aber es war viel besser als ich dachte. Es war nicht zu feucht und einigermaßen sauber, was schön war. Es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Hotel!

Es ist etwas über dem Zentrum gelegen, aber es gab kein Problem zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Aussicht auf das Hotel war gut. Die Parkplätze sind schnell, aber Sie können über das Hotel fahren. Es gibt keinen Ort wie diese, wenn es koreanische Mitarbeiter gibt und die Kommunikation nicht in Englisch reibungslos ist.

Service: Angesichts der beiden taiwanesischen Mädchen, die kein Englisch können, hilft uns das Hotelpersonal immer mit der freundlichsten Einstellung und der positivsten Art. 😭 Zumindest können wir uns besser verständigen als mit Gestikulieren 2. Einrichtungen: Es gibt Starbucks und einen eigenen kleinen Laden in der Lobby, und der Strand und der Swimmingpool befinden sich im ersten Stock! Es ist großartig und sehr geeignet für SUP 3 Funktionen: Das Hotel liegt an der T-Kreuzung, gegenüber ist ein kleiner Vergnügungspark, ABC-Laden, super einfach zu kaufen! Nach rechts geht es ins Einkaufsparadies der DFS! Die Fahrt ist innerhalb von fünf Minuten, ein Ort mit schöner Landschaft und bequemer Massage, Schießen mit scharfer Munition, Piratenschiff, Einkaufen und Essen

Ausgezeichnete Lage, um sich zu entspannen und die Meeressicht von wo wir geblieben haben. Seit unserem Urlaub während der Heiligen Woche, spielte die Ozeanbrise und die Wellen Umgebungsgeräusche für meine frühen Morgengebete aus dem Hotel Balkon. Der ganze Tag war auf den Werbestellen, die Steine wegwerfen, verbracht. Sehr schöner Ort zum Fenstershop und zum Kauf von Dingen für Erinnerungen. Obwohl ich nicht viel Zeit hatte, wegen der unvorhersehbaren Regen zu schwimmen, hatte ich meine Nachmittags auf das Licht warten, als der Himmel dunkelte und die Panorama-Sonnenbilder in meinem Gehirn gefangen. Was das Essen betrifft, habe ich die Hotelrestaurant nicht die ganze Zeit versucht. Es war mehr Spaß, eine Menge von Restaurants und Abendessen in der Nähe zu erkunden. 4 Nächte im Hyatt und der Ort ist empfehlenswert. Idealer Ort für Familienurlaub, wenn Ihr Ziel ist, entspannen, entspannen und mit Familie und Freunden zu verbinden.
