Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa near Ybor City

Wow!!! This is supposed to be a Wyndham property!!! And it was be no means a qualified property!! Maybe at some point it was. But they have not maintained the property!!! The 1st room of 3 rooms I booked. Had a Crack in the ceiling from one end of the room to the other!! And the ceiling was falling!! There was plaster on the bed and floor!!! 2nd room seemed to be OK. 3rd room. The door was really hard to shut and lock!!! The 4th room which was a replacement room. Had a Crack in the wall froom ceiling to floor and covered in plaster. See photo!!! And there where roaches!! They where fast I tried to get a photo no luck!!! I also booked because it said they offered breakfast with the room!! So I go out to get breakfast! Nothing!! Of course!!! Also the night clerk is not a very nice person!!! Terrible customer service!!! Not up to the standards of a Wyndham property!!!

It was a horrible experience. The room wasn’t clean, the floor was dusty and sticky, the bathroom tub, curtain, the toilet seat, and the floor was dirty. On top of that, the bathroom door was broken. That was the worst experience that I have ever had in a hotel.

Dirty sheets, dirty towels, roaches inside, included breakfast is really bad (even ran out of coffee)

Not the best experience but the rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The area the hotel is located in didn't feel particularly safe we walked out at night but quickly headed back to the hotel.

Over all the Hotel was not terrible as some others have said. Yes, the bathroom tub was not clean and the over all room could have been more clean but for the price I had no real complaints. The A/C was perfect. There was no microwave over but did have small refrig. I did not see the simple breakfast (bread, bagels, juice) that ends at 9am. The TV and remote worked perfected. Don't have high expectations but this was fine for a simple place to spend 2 nights.

Room and facility clean and generally nice. Definitely need detailing, paint in hallways, around shower etc very halfhazard. Overall still very nice and reasonably priced

We arrived late in the night and went straight to bed. As we were sleeping a woman walked in our room from the patio. We hadn’t even realized there was a patio as the curtains were drawn when we arrived. Scared us to death and we screamed and yelled. She left and I locked the door. I called the front desk from my cell (phone in room was not working) to complain and the desk attendant just kept telling us to lock the door. Duh!!? Should have been locked when we arrived by your staff! We didn’t sleep at all that night. The lock on the patio hardly closed. I complained to the desk attendant the next morning and he said they have bars but haven’t been installed yet. Luckily the woman left or we would’ve called the police. I’m super unhappy about the whole experience

Room is not properly maintained. Cabinets are not fixed properly. No cabinet for clothes. Linens doesn’t smell fresh. The evening staff is not so helpful either. I asked for a toothpaste and he said they don’t provide which I think is not normal for motels. In the booking apps it says there is a microwave in the room and an iron for clothes but there is nothing in my room. First time I booked a room without a microwave.
