Despite having a booking, the wait times were ridiculous. There was a complete lack of service from the moment we arrived — we stood at the front counter while staff looked at us and ignored us. After being seated, people who arrived after us were served food before we were. We had to ask multiple times how much longer our food would take, even after waiting over half an hour. To make matters worse, different tables were given completely different menus, which added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, poor organisation and service. Unfortunately, not an experience we’d return for. Terrible, Terrible service. So many guests left disappointed.
