這家酒店硬件不錯，很乾凈。有地面和地庫兩類停車區，下雨天入住進地庫電梯可直達酒店大堂，很方便 。房間衞浴設備是日本TOTO品牌，熱水很足，體驗感很好。空調也很好。床睡得很舒服。手機充電很方便，不需要帶充電器，一根線足已。特別喜歡盥洗室的大枱麪設計，還有一個凳子方便梳粧。 説點不足的地方吧。明明乾濕分離設計，但淋浴間的水會滲透到隔壁衞生間。 酒店沒有無線網，問機器人小度回覆無法解決我的問題。 房間沒有配備小冰箱，和酒店標註的星級服務不符。 酒店2樓3樓餐廳衹接待宴會和包間訂餐，沒有散客服務。 自助早餐在26樓，兩部電梯空間都不大，高峯要等很久。早餐品種一般，吃飽而已的標準。此外，客人憑票就餐，但是餐廳服務員收取餐券後，還要追着客人大聲詢問房間號，毫無私隱可言。建議酒店前台發放餐券的時候，把客人房間號備註在餐券上避免類似不好的體驗感 電梯間標註6樓7樓是足浴，但電梯不停靠，通過酒店另外一部電梯上去後發現還是一片裝修工地。前台也沒有提示。軟件服務待提升。
