Silesia Aparthotel

When booking this apartment the pictures clearly deliver a totally different experience to the actual reality. I have to say the welcome was excellent, allowed us to check in ahead of schedule however we soon realised the apartment was nothing like the pictures. Although clean, the apartment itself was tiny….quite literally no room to swing a cat! The toilet was broken, the shower continually leaked all over the floor, the towel rail didn’t heat, the air conditioning didn’t work, the ‘double’ bed was more like a single! Lovely little balcony however no furniture to sit on? What is the point in that? No iron, not clean at all behind the scenes, under the sofa, under the bed etc…. On arrival, a large group of partying Germans located in the apartments next door to us, had loud music all night despite the apartments suggesting rules of no parties at all. Walking up and down the communal hall ways in underwear etc along with continued swearing. Although the location is good I wouldn’t recommend these apartments as for the money it’s not remotely justified. Disappointing to say the least. Darren C
