Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Erstens ist die Lage des Hotels sehr praktisch, nahe dem Stadtzentrum und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, was das Reisen sehr bequem macht. Zweitens ist der Service des Hotels sehr aufmerksam und das Personal ist herzlich und freundlich, sodass sich die Leute wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel und die Betten sind weich und bequem, sodass ich jede Nacht gut schlafen kann. Darüber hinaus ist das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, was voll des Lobes ist. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern anderen Reisenden empfehlen.

Great location but a bit pricey for the hotel. Not quite certain it qualifies to be a five star hotel as I have stayed in many hotels across Asia and Middle East. Breakfast buffet was not up-to scratch to my standards. Omelette order is taken privately by the waiter rather than seeing your omelette jn action. Pastry variety was okay. There was no official coffee station as order is taken on arrival. Good this was children under 12 are free.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, mit der U-Bahn und dem Geschäftsviertel im Erdgeschoss. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Touristenattraktionen und ist sehr praktisch für Reisen. Der Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Toilettenschüssel schmutzig aussieht und schwarze Flecken aufweist. Der Föhn war alt und abgenutzt. Es fällt ab, wenn Sie es einstecken, Sie müssen es mit der Hand festhalten, um es auszublasen! Es sah aus, als wären die Teebeutel schon lange nicht mehr gewechselt worden und der zerrissene Kaffee war noch in der Schachtel. Ich war sehr unzufrieden!

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station (as it is a slight downhill). The staff, from being met with a wide smile by the concierge to the check-in staff, are friendly, professional and just a joy to interact with. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good, but very few Asian options available. It should be noted that Google maps is not truthful about the fact this part of Sydney is ”mostly flat”... so walking shoes are a MUST as the hotel is so very close to a number of wonderful places to see, explore and enjoy a meal.

Das Hotel liegt im Darling Harbour und ist sehr gross. Zum Hafen kommt man in 5 Minuten laufen, das ist sehr praktisch. Es sind viele Restaurants/ Bars am Hafen und gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel-Zimmer ist ein bisschen klein fuer 2 Leute, aber nachdem es ein Stadthotel ist, ist es ok. Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut fuer Neujahr da man alles zu Fuss erreichen kann (Oper, Sydney Harbour Bridge oder die Pier nach den Sydney Harbour NYW Cruises). Wir hatten kein Fruehstueck, und der Service war ok vom Hotelpersonal. Das Fitnessstudio ist viel viel zu klein fuer die Groesse vom Hotel. Die Aussicht vom Fitnessstudio auf den Hafen ist ganz nett. Ich wuerde das Hotel wieder meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Hotels in Australien sind teuer. Der Service und die Einrichtungen sind mit denen in China nicht zu vergleichen. Die Zimmergröße beträgt 36P. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, das ich gebucht habe, liegt in Darling Harbour. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Arbeitskräfte sind zu teuer und es gibt eine große Kluft zwischen W in Sydney und W am Bund (W am Bund beträgt 50 P). Chinesische Online-Mitfahrgelegenheitsfahrer in Sydney sagten, dass niemand Hotelkellner werden möchte, also haben sie es getan kann nur Kellner mit hohem Gehalt einstellen. Die Lage von W ist wirklich gut, die beste Lage in Darling Harbour, direkt neben dem Sofitel. Die Lichter im Zimmer sind dunkel und diesig, und der Flur hat eine Sternenhimmeldecke. Wer es heller mag, mag es vielleicht nicht. Die Badewanne und der Duschraum sind nicht getrennt. Daher sind Nass und Trocken nicht getrennt. Das Frühstück ist komplett im westlichen Stil, was ziemlich reichhaltig ist. Für diejenigen, die nicht an westliches Frühstück gewöhnt sind, wird es unangenehm sein. Da ich mental keine hohen Erwartungen hatte, konnte ich diesen Standard akzeptieren. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, umgeben von Restaurants und ganz in der Nähe von Chinatown.

Sehr gut, es ist tatsächlich eine internationale Kette. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, direkt am Hafen. Am Abreisetag hatte ich das Glück, am Stadtlauf im gegenüberliegenden Hyde Park teilnehmen zu können. Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, groß, neu und sauber. Beim Einchecken habe ich auch einen Getränkegutschein bekommen, und der Betrag war groß. An der Rezeption gibt es einen Chinesisch sprechenden Mann, der sehr gutaussehend und verantwortungsbewusst ist. Empfehlenswert für jeden zum Übernachten.

1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

Die Lage ist gut. Wir haben eine Gruppe von 7 Personen, 5 Nächte, sie bieten nur eine Reinigung am Tag 4, in diesem Haus, die sie vergessen haben, das Schlafzimmer und Toilette zu reinigen, sie erklärten wegen einiger persönlicher Dinge im Schlafzimmer, so dass sie es nicht reinigen, aber nicht Sicher, warum sie das WC nicht reinigen. Außerdem haben sie vergessen, einige Handtücher, Boxgewebe, Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Körperwaschbecken und Teebeutel zu füllen, die man während der Hausaufbewahrung automatisch füllen sollte. Aber das Hotel wird alles schicken, was wir anrufen.
