Die Lage ist gut. Biegen Sie fünf Minuten lang links ab und Sie erreichen den Hyde Park, der auch die U-Bahn-Station ist. Biegen Sie rechts ab und erreichen Sie Darling Harbour. Vorne, hinten und links gibt es Einkaufszentren. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, das 1,35-Bett ist bequem und das Badezimmer ist auch groß. Die Nachteile sind, dass im Duschraum Wasser verschüttet wird und niemand ans Telefon geht, als ich nach einem Papierhandtuch frage. Ich ging zur Rezeption, um danach zu fragen, und es dauerte lange, bis es geliefert wurde. Das Frühstück hat wenige Sorten.

My husband and I stayed in Sofitel for 3 nights and everything was honestly 10/10. The staff are excellent - so friendly and helpful. They attended to all our needs. Special shoutout to Nia and Kla for being so friendly :) The place itself is luxurious and all the amenities were fantastic. The buffet was just phenomenal - they had everything you can ask for! One of the best breakfast buffets we have had and we have travelled all over the world. We felt spoilt for choice. We loved our stay here and definitely would highly recommend!! Oh and I can’t forget to mention that the location is super convenient surrounding Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Wharf - had several places to eat and just an overall beautiful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay. Right in Darling Harbour, we went to the maritime museum and aquarium and animal park and the imax cinema. We went to the little snail restaurant. Yes there is a construction site in front but from our room you could still see the water and buildings lit up at night and I didn’t mind watching the cranes at work. I have to compliment the hotel on the temperature of the room, it was perfect, we didn’t touch the aircon control at all.

In Bezug auf Landschaft und Ausstattung ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Ich habe ein Zimmer auf hohem Niveau mit Habour-Aussicht gebucht, so dass ich die Feuerwerke beobachten kann, während ich Champagner in meinem eigenen Zimmer genieße. Das war eine top-notch Erfahrung. Allerdings bleibt die Reinigkeit viel zu wünschen. Das große Fenster hat bemerkenswerte Farben, die den Blick stark beeinflussen. Das Toilette ist schlecht konzipiert, dass der Schrank nie direkt aufstehen kann. Fliegen sind überall im Waschraum, was schrecklich ist!

Bequeme Verkehrsanbindung, Hyde Park, Kirchen, Kunstgalerien, Museen, Botanische Gärten, Chinatown usw. sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Einkaufen ist bequem. Der Bahnhof liegt direkt vor der Tür. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befinden sich U-Bahnstation und Supermarkt.

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, nur eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle oder zehn Gehminuten vom Sydney Opera House entfernt. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von allem und das Hotelpersonal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man früh anreist, kann man zwar nicht früher einchecken, aber es gibt eine rücksichtsvolle Gepäckaufbewahrung. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber insgesamt sauber und ordentlich. Würde es empfehlen

Das ist das teuerste Zimmer, das ich in diesen Jahren gebucht habe... Das Zimmer wurde renoviert und ist moderner ~ Die Aussicht ist wirklich gut, aber das Gebäude in der Mitte ist so nervig! Es gibt überall im Hotel Hinweise auf Swift, haha Es geht einen Hügel hinauf zum Hotel. Gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider waren wir nur einen Tag dort und ich musste umziehen Vielen Dank an das Concierge-Mädchen, das mir Anweisungen gegeben hat, wie ich bequemer zum Konzert komme~ Das Zimmer verfügt sogar über eine Typ-C-Steckdose, was sehr modern ist. Obwohl das Badezimmer insgesamt dem beliebtesten leichten Luxusstil in China entspricht, ist es relativ klein. Die Minibar ist sehr clever und schön~ Beim Frühstück gibt es eine lange Schlange! Tatsächlich war es drinnen nicht voll, also mussten wir warten, bis uns jemand einen Tisch zeigte. . . Die Auswahl an Speisen ist in Ordnung und es gibt auch Dampfbrötchen, haha!

I am staying for 5 nights here, the room is quite big, and has the separating door for bed, it has a pool and gym, breakfast cafe is next to the hotel What i considered this hotel is because their washing machine and dryer inside the bedroom. The minus are - this is old hotel, and for that price i guess i can get more facilities than here - the bed is very smallll ( smaller than queen size) - the lobby also very small ( but u can get free coffee in the lobby ) - smelly When u out from the lift, u can smell something that is like old and food idk whats that but it is so smelly. For Cleaning they always change the towel and helping us to throwing the trash.

The hotel is optimally located and very convenient to walk to the metro. The interiors are quite dated but the rooms are spacious and clean. There was an incident where a member of staff barged into my room while I was still inside, but the front desk staff took it seriously and wrote a formal apology. I wouldn't stay with them again but I was satisfied with their handling.

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!
