We stayed one night in a double room. Check in was a quick process provided by a friendly receptionist. Our room was pleasant, shower good, toiletries nice quality and the bed very comfy. Our room had a toaster so we were able to have a quick breakfast before our early departure. Overall a nice motel in a very central location

Stayed in this place many years ago and thought it was time to try it again. Sadly, very average. It's very noisy and the bed was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Sad because the location is pretty good. In good versions of older places like this, they've placed outdoor carpet on stairs to quieten the noise. However, that won't help the slamming of heavy doors and trucks passing at all hours. Needs a major makeover.

Good size rooms. Basics covered in a basic way. The worst part was the water coming out the hand wash tap was a torrent of hot steamy power. I was so excited to shower in the morning but it was a dribble, like a tiny dribble. BUT I understand the region is in drought and we all have to pull our weight. Get a downstairs room. I didn’t realise until we got there.

Excellent service. I rang the week before my stay to request ground floor room and this was not an issue. I arrived early and got early check in. The admin in the office was lovely and so were the cleaners. Excellent bed. I travel for work. Have experienced great to awful and everything in between. Bed was comfy with extra blanket as well as harder and softer pillows. Excellent room. Proper desk and chair for business set up. Good wifi. Good heating/cooling/fan. Good lighting and blockout blinds. Shower and spa. Kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave and hygiene amenities. Only thing that wasn't perfect was people clombing up and down the stairs- but not much they can do about that. Very much recommend. Have breakfast available for $20 and also chargeback service to 4 restaurants.

I travel a lot for work and is the best place to stay in all of the state and I am yet to be proven wrong. Hospitality from the staff backed up by the nicest rooms you can get. Spacious and beautifully dressed, all the finer touches others don’t do. Even the pillows are mark soft and medium.

Great old style motel where u park your car in front of the room Expecting it not to be so so clean when it was super clean and very comfortable Loved the fact that the bathroom had cakes of soap along with body gel soap for the shower Hot water was HOT Even had ash trays on the balcony for smokers

When we were greeted with a super friendly smile & warm hello at reception we new we had found the right place to stay for our 6 days in Swan Hill. Housekeeping were brilliant refreshing our room each day. Accommodation is very spacious with all the mod cons & beds were exceptionally comfy making it hard to get out of each morning. Parking in front of your room is a bonus. The pool was the main attraction for the kids with plenty of water toys plus there’s loads of outdoor seating for adults. For me the small fire pit was an absolute hit & foraging for wood with the managers kids after we ran out. On-site ‘do it yourself’ laundry facilities are fantastic if you need to wash clothes like after a night of fire, fun & laughter. We were made to feel like part of the mgrs family & she went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves & that we did. Nothing was too much trouble for her even after hours. I’ve stayed in some fancy places in the past with only half the enthusiasm shown at this small hotel. Well done to management & staff, can’t wait to bring my daughters back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Comfortable and affordable, great location with friendly efficient service. Accomodation is clean, well presented with some extra touches, including soft or hard pillows. We would recommend a stay when in Swan Hill.

The mid century exterior of this motel is typically uninspiring (like most Australian country motels), but the rooms have been given a complete makeover in the last six months. We stayed in two different rooms on two occasions in the last month. Spotlessly clean (even the carpet) with completely new bathrooms, firm and soft pillows, extremely comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. the rooms are of a generous size. I would not hesitate to stay again as the rooms were about the nicest country motel rooms I have ever stayed in.
