Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 1; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 The apartment (52 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom, Air Conditioning, Fully equipped kitchen, Dining room with table and 2 chairs, Living area with a Sofa, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony. My guests have free access to pool and public parking. Sun-beds are at your disposal for free. Before you book my apartment, please accept the Pool rules: Jumping, Diving and Running is not allowed! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can use around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! WIFI is available in public areas and is free of charge. There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. All children under 2 years are charged Euro 3.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs. My holiday apartment is in a quiеt neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach", within 8 min. walking distance from the beach. Built on a hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. Our place will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria. By Foot: Bus Stop just 1 minutes walking distance. Big Super Market 800 meters. Cafe - snack bar in the same building Restaurants and shops across the street. Arrival/departure: Check in after 1500h. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier. Check out before 1200h. If the apartment is available you can leave later. I will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the Apartment!
