-@Rathanychiem the staff at the place is very nice and friendly - very well located on St.111 We stayed only for 1 night, we dont have choice to move out it was late, it was raining another reason it was a big Cambodian holiday. Our room was at the 4th floor no lift. As we open the room it has an awful smell. The shower heater was broken. We drop off our luggage as we came back at night for shower there was no water in the shower room. A lot spider webs, inside the room was so dusty even the floor. The toilet with cigarette buds and walls with handwriting. We were moved to a new room the smell is terrible. The rubbish bin was full. Let the pictures explains our experience. It was only for a one night stay but a nightmare.
