I paid for the Full English breakfast option which includes the full English and Continental selection but over the weekend portion of my stay (both Saturday and Sunday) there was barely any food on offer. My daughter and I were there at least 1.5 hours before the end of Breakfast yet almost everything was finished and not restocked. We are vegetarians and there was no toast, no pastries, no yoghurt, the cut fruit was finished, the egg and tomatoes were finished and even the coffee machine had No beans in it so I couldn't even have a cup of coffee. There was plenty of black pudding, bacon and sausages but we are vegetarians so that didn't help us. Just before the end of breakfast service they replaced a few pieces of bread, brought out 6 croissants and more scrambled egg but by that point it was too late as there was only 5 min left to the end of breakfast and we had an appointment to get to. It is completely unacceptable that I paid the Full English breakfast price but literally all I had was a slice of toast, not even the continental offering and nothing was replaced/restocked for over an hour and then when it was, it was the bare minimum. The offering during the week was great (fully stocked) but barely anyone in the restaurant. I'm really upset about what I paid considering what was available on the weekend when the restaurant was full of people so it should have been restocked instead of having all customers walking around aimlessly searching for something to eat.
