連鎖品牌酒店簡單乾淨，空間及設備很好。也近火車站同大街，方便購物及去其他地方，是值得推薦的一間酒店。

這家酒店沒有洗漱用品，牙刷和拖鞋都沒有提供，要另外購買。最後我們外出走10分鐘去外賣。 床單上有不知名的體毛，但並不屬於我們的，我們還沒有躺上去掀開被子就發現了，真的是很影響入住的感受，這應該是目前為止住過體驗感最差的酒店了。 This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

位置算方便，要拍兩次卡才可乘𨋢上房，安全度不錯。

I paid for the Full English breakfast option which includes the full English and Continental selection but over the weekend portion of my stay (both Saturday and Sunday) there was barely any food on offer. My daughter and I were there at least 1.5 hours before the end of Breakfast yet almost everything was finished and not restocked. We are vegetarians and there was no toast, no pastries, no yoghurt, the cut fruit was finished, the egg and tomatoes were finished and even the coffee machine had No beans in it so I couldn't even have a cup of coffee. There was plenty of black pudding, bacon and sausages but we are vegetarians so that didn't help us. Just before the end of breakfast service they replaced a few pieces of bread, brought out 6 croissants and more scrambled egg but by that point it was too late as there was only 5 min left to the end of breakfast and we had an appointment to get to. It is completely unacceptable that I paid the Full English breakfast price but literally all I had was a slice of toast, not even the continental offering and nothing was replaced/restocked for over an hour and then when it was, it was the bare minimum. The offering during the week was great (fully stocked) but barely anyone in the restaurant. I'm really upset about what I paid considering what was available on the weekend when the restaurant was full of people so it should have been restocked instead of having all customers walking around aimlessly searching for something to eat.

We had a lovely evening, room was great had everything we needed. The bed was fantastic best nights sleep I've had in a long time. Check in was easy as was checking out. Would 100%recommend and we will be back. The only thing I disliked was the coffee, but that was easily sorted as Starbucks is less than 1 min walk away

This review is directed to the Premier Inn hotel in Sutton, Surrey. My stay was from December 22 to January 2. Marjan and Annabella who work at the reception were very good to me and helpful because when I asked for help they immediately solved it for me. Annabella is charming and Marjan was very caring and attentive to what I needed since she knew that I am an elderly person. If I have to come to London I would not hesitate to return with them. They are empathetic and natural workers. I hope the hotel realizes what good staff they have hired. Even the cleaners were very nice and polite although I don't have their names.
