The mattress protectors are ripped. There is public hair everywhere in the bathrooms. They may hire the blind as cleaners, no one with eyes would take credit for the way these rooms are "cleaned". Staff is downright disrespectful and uneducated. You'd be less likely to catch herpes from 7/11's bathrooms.

This hotel looks OK from the outside and the lobby. The rooms are a different story. Our bathroom door would not close, the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall, the carpet was stained, the screen in the sliding patio door was ripped and the metal frame was bent out of shape and the AC had no trim around it but was left as a gaping hole with insulation showing. The mattresses sagged a lot in the middle. This motel is in desperate need of some maintenance - at a minimum.! All of this pales compared to the rude and dishonest customer service. I booked online from Canada using the hotels website for booking and the price in Canadian dollars for the night we stayed was $103. When I checked in and was given my receipt, after having to request it, I was charged $103 in US dollars. The charge in US dollars should have been about $78. When I told the woman at the front desk (who informed me that she was the manager) that I was overcharged she refused to listen or try to understand the conversion between CDN and US dollars. She then proceeded to say that ALL the prices on the motels booking app are in US dollars no matter what currency you request the price to be in - even though the app indicates that it is using other currencies. I have attached screenshots as an example. This is fraudulent and I will be reporting it to the State of NY. She refused to adjust the price and was very rude. I had her call the owner who was also rude and hung up on me. I strongly suggest that anyone traveling through this area look for other accommodation!

We reserved a ground floor room due to a bad ankle. Ground floor room was confirmed yet when we got there they had not reserved it and they only had rooms upstairs, many stairs all of them painful. Other issues... A man was tased and arrested in a nasty confrontation across the hall one night then another night the water cut out and when it came back on it ran black at first. Not what you want to make coffee out of. We left before our reserved days were up, due to continued pain of having to use the stairs and not having confidence in using their water. Despite the errors being on their part, they would not refund all of our unused days. Would not stay here again.

A great bargain and perfect stopover on a long drive. No, it’s not the Ritz Carleton but for the price, it was a relatively clean and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. The bathroom could be a touch cleaner but what do you expect? Plus, it was close to Dunkin, Burkett King, had and some sort of mini Mart. Not a “destination” but it did the job.
