Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

Das Bett ist komfortabel und die Klimaanlage ist hervorragend. Allerdings ist die Zimmergröße klein, ein bisschen schmutzig, das Badezimmer muss etwas verbessern und es gibt nicht einmal einen Stuhl im Zimmer.

Affordable rate for everyone. During my stay the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu not so bad it worth it with the amount you paid. Nice area for morning jog.
