when I checked in there were no staff to assist to push the trolley (few bags and hanging clothes for me and my wife). I was told by the reception there were no staff at afternoon shift??
hotel location were just nice but there were no walking distance halal food nearby, except KFC and Nasi Kandar Pelita (which pretty small). Room was nice considering is an old hotel.

The rating of 4.4 is over rated. It should be between 3.8 to 4.0. The impression given as we moved from the lift to our room and viewing our room is like a budget hotel. Charging rm140 is too much. Although passable, they should upgrade it.

Das Bett ist komfortabel und die Klimaanlage ist hervorragend.
Allerdings ist die Zimmergröße klein, ein bisschen schmutzig, das Badezimmer muss etwas verbessern und es gibt nicht einmal einen Stuhl im Zimmer.
