This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories. We just added Central A/C as this summer has been super hot everywhere, but not in the Home.We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. It is the perfect choice for a family and friends getaway, business meeting or outdoor enthusiast. The studio downstairs is also available for rent if you wanted extra room.The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Spacious yet cozy cabin nestled in the woods. Everyone loves the warmth of this cabin with its gathering spaces and great mountain views. A wonderful place for family and friends to come together to play and relax. Located just five minutes from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. You never have to leave the mountain. However, if you love the Best Snow on Earth and want to visit other ski resorts, you are 45 minutes to Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons and 60 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. The home is set back from the road and offers large wrap around decks on three sides for year-round enjoyment of the beautiful woods and mountains. The front offers a small yard for snowball fights. What we love about Aspen Springs is the large open gathering spaces combined with room to separate to play, read, relax and sleep. Located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, this cabin is a few minutes from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. It's easy to gather generations here. The walk out, ground level has an impressive game room with full size arcade games (DigDug, Asteroids Deluxe, Ms. Pac-Man, and Donkey Kong Junior), ping pong, and pool table for the kids to enjoy. The main level has a roomy living room for lounging with a book, a large kitchen with island for meals together, beautiful dining table, and an outside deck overlooking the tall pines and large yard.
