"There are locations and hotels that can really impress you...and then there are places that rise to a level of service and beauty that stay with you long after you’ve left. Stein Eriksen Residences is firmly the latter. Even visiting in the off-season, the experience felt nothing short of world-class. What stood out most was the service. It wasn’t just polished or efficient. It was deeply genuine. Every interaction carried a sense of warmth and generosity that felt as though the staff was picked because care was simply a part of their nature. Everyone seemed to take real pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it showed in the smallest details: thoughtful recommendations, unhurried conversations, and an attentiveness that never felt intrusive. The lodge itself becomes something entirely different outside of ski season (when I visited). The private infinity pool helped me feel grounded, expansive, and deeply peaceful. And just a few steps below the pool was easy access to the alpine paths. When you go to a location known for its skiing, you don't think about visiting in off season, which, perhaps, is why I was surprised by the expansive hiking and biking. The surrounding mountains open up into a playground of trails that offer sweeping views of the flowering/green slopes, crisp mountain air, and a kind of quiet that’s hard to find. I looked it up and Deer Valley has easy access to 70 miles of lift-served biking trails of all kinds. I truly enjoyed my day hikes and, in rare instances, being able to watch the incredibly talented off-road bikers. The next time I go, I'm planning on renting a bike! And if you're going with a family, or even as an adult, there are still other things to do in Deer Valley just a short distance away, like the Park City Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, the local farmer's market, and other attractions. I also really enjoyed the craft beers and fresh eats with mountain views scattered across various small towns in the valley. In short, what the Residences makes this place exceptional isn’t just the setting, though it’s undeniably beautiful. It’s the feeling that you’re being cared for by people who truly enjoy what they do and where they are. There’s a sense of generosity in both service and in spirit that elevates the entire experience. In any season, this lodge would be remarkable. But in the off-season, it reveals a more intimate, serene side that’s equally memorable. It’s a place I would return to without hesitation."

"When in Park City, stay at the Washington School House! You are steps away from downtown restaurants & shops, while tucked inside a quaint neighborhood. Ryan & his team (Paige, Austin, Gabe, Kase, Kim, Pilar, Lexi & Maria) took exceptional care of us. Caleb’s breakfasts were hearty & delicious, sustaining us until happy hour in front of the fire, a daily highlight. As cozy as the accommodations are (the beds & linens are incredibly comfortable), the attention to detail throughout your stay is second to none. Everything at the WSH is intentional from the decor, to the way in which the staff treats you- from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This team is genuinely warm & professional. They never miss a beat & have thought of everything-simply making you want to return again soon."

Besondere Anmerkung - Wir haben eine unglaubliche Massage von Angelica ... einer der besten! Denkwürdige und sorgfältige Arbeit. Die geteilten Räume waren wunderschön und das Personal ist aufmerksam und fangen jede Frage oder Frage. Sehr schöne Arbeit!! Über die einzige Herausforderung, die ich habe, ist, wenn ich mit ihren Partnern vergleichen sie nicht viel in der Art von externen Aktivitäten, die, wenn Sie die hohen Resort und die obligatorischen Parkgebühren berücksichtigen Sie nicht, was Sie bei einem ähnlichen 5-Stern in der Bereich. Was das Zimmerbett war groß, aber die Boden waren ziemlich geschlagen (Check out die tiefen Groves durch das Fernsehen von Jahren wiederholter Ziehen der TV-Tisch !) und einige der Möbel schien ausgeschüttet zu sein. Wenn Sie 5 Sterne sind, sollten Sie das nicht haben."

"Das ist ein durchschnittliches Mittelbereich Sheraton Hotel. Der Service ist durchschnittlich. Ich habe eine Frage mit der Parkplatzordnung (ein Parkticket erhalten), aber der Manager sagte, dass der Parkplatz von einem anderen Unternehmen verwaltet wird. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Zeichen sehr sorgfältig lesen, wenn Sie parken. Das Front Desk hat Ihnen nie gesagt, auf all diese verwirrenden Zeichen zu achten, und der Manager hat sich nie entschuldigt, dass ihr Mitarbeiter die Gäste über Parkdetails erinnert. Andererseits ist die Erfahrung OK. Sie haben Shuttle zu Park City Lifts und Deer Valley Lifts während des Tages, sowie zu Main Street in den Abenden. Versuchen Sie, ein Zimmer vor den Straßen, nicht der Hof, wo der Innenpool ist. Der Lärm aus dem Innenhofpool wird verstärkt, und ihre Sonnenuntergang ist ziemlich schlecht. Ihr Restaurant auf der Website ist nicht zu beeindruckend. Versuchen Sie ein nahe gelegenes Restaurant "Salzbox", wo das Essen sehr geschmackvoll ist mit sehr vernünftigem Preis."
