The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. Die Zimmerkarte lässt sich leicht entmagnetisieren, sodass man mehrmals täglich zur Rezeption gehen muss, um die Karte zu wechseln. Der Fitnessraum des Hotels ist sehr klein. Als ich eincheckte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich zum Frühstück ins Hotel nebenan gehen und dort den größeren Fitnessraum nutzen könne. Als ich ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass dies für Nichtgäste des Hotels der Fall sein würde berechnet. Es gibt viele Leute, die frühstücken, und man muss in der Schlange stehen. Essen und Getränke wurden nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt, passen Sie also auf sich auf, wenn Sie zu spät kommen.

Meine Reise war perfekt. Ja, es war ein bisschen teuer, weil Schulferien waren. Aber es war ein perfekter Urlaub zu Hause. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von meinem Zimmer aus hatte ich nicht nur Blick auf den Pool, sondern konnte auch die Twin Towers von weitem sehen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Der Buggy war stündlich verfügbar, um zur IOI City Mall zu fahren. Das Essen im Zimmer war köstlich. Wir bestellten Pizza, Sandwiches, Mac and Cheese und Nasi Goreng Kampung. Der Preis war wie erwartet. Aber die Dose Pepsi kostete 18 RM! Haha, das hat mich ein bisschen geschockt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und lecker. Der Pool war riesig und hatte 2 Rutschen. Perfekt für die Kinder. Es gab auch viele Aktivitäten am Pool, wie Fischfüttern und Hoverboard-Unterricht. Ich habe es genossen!

Neues Hotel denke ich. Lage ist im Industriebereich, es ist mir ok. Zimmer auch ok, aber das Toilette ein bisschen schmutzig und riecht nicht gut. Der Abwassergeräusch aus dem WC kam raus, wir müssen mit dem Geruch schlafen 😂. Frühstücksfutter so so. Allgemein ok. Wenn sie das Abwasserproblem lösen, wird es großartig sein.

I checked in quite late, around 1 AM, and the receptionist was still available to assist me with the check-in process. Her service was prompt and professional, which I really appreciated at that hour. The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating two single beds with plenty of additional empty space. However, if you're a solo traveller, the size of the room might feel a bit intimidating. Both the room and the attached bathroom were well-equipped, but the hotel itself seems to have been around for quite some time. I’d suggest renovating certain parts of the room. There was no USB charger provided, only the standard 3-pin plug, so make sure to bring an adapter if needed. Additionally, the curtain for the bathtub had some noticeable brown water stains at the bottom, which could be improved for better hygiene. During checkout, the staff at the concierge counter was very friendly and even asked if I needed breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture to end my stay on a positive note.
