Outbound Stowe

The rooms are very nice and new and very clean. Bathroom is spacious. Having the restaurant available was great and there are some dog friendly areas with bags and trash cans. Location is excellent. WiFi didn’t work and beware the walls are thin. We ran the fan which helped with the neighbor noise.

I recently stayed at Outbound and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I especially want to mention Ben, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Outbound Stowe for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Our stay at Outbound Stowe was really enjoyable. I booked my reservation 4 months in advance which I found out later was before this place had even opened after remodel. I think that added to some of the listing being inaccurate. I booked the least expensive room with a full bed over a queen bed bunk. We got to the room and it was just a twin bunk bed. I didn’t think to check my reservation but wished I had to ask for some compensation. Then my husband went to shower and it didn’t work, likely the previous guest accidentally breaking it. After a staff member tried twice to fix it they did send an emergency plumber over and thankfully it was fixed with enough time before bed to shower after our travels. They did remodel this old motel very thoughtfully. With ample hooks on the walls and a sound machine in each room to be used for the night. The pool and hot tub are some of the largest I’ve ever seen for a hotel (non resort) stay. The fire pits and restaurant are open till 10pm so a nighttime cocktail in the hot tub was a perfect ending to the weekend. The ambiance was fun too with DJ providing music for the 15ish people who were around the fires on that cold night.
