really good stay at this premier inn my usual one in middlesborough is having a refurbishment so company booked here. v friendly staff kev on the desk on the morning and a few of the ladies i saw in the restaurant i will stay again for sure when i can

Positives were the warm welcome from the check in staff and convenience of the location to where we needed to be. Plenty of nearby amenities too. Negatives were the dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper and noise from other rooms up to 2am. We’ve had far better accommodation at other Premier Inn locations, so this was disappointing.

A wonderful stay with special thanks to the reception team on the evening shift Kev who were helpful with directions for the night and taxi booking for the morning. We were in the area for a funeral so if we ever come back hopefully it will be a better reason but we will for sure stay again.

Been to the Whitewater branch a few times and it's always a decent stay. Normal Premier Inn but made better by the lovely North Eastern staff. Good breakfast, made all the better by Bev: who is incredibly friendly and helpful: a real assett to the company.

Reception staff very polite and helpful bed and pillows very comfortable room clean and tidy plenty of parking and food was very good with plenty of choice both hot full English all you can eat and a continental breakfast and a wide range of drinks

Very friendly & helpful staff …. Hotel & Restaurant-breakfast in particular was exceptional (including perfect poached eggs)! Room was clean and comfortable….only minor point was virtually no toilet paper left in dispenser (which we only noticed when we needed it)!! Exceptional value for money. Great location at Tees Barrage/Whitewater centre

Always welcomed by all members of staff!! Very professional,polite and always at hand for any assistance needed. Restaurant next door Beefeater Talpore very nice warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is always decent aswell. Thanks again to Sarah B and the team!! See you soon!!

Absolutely amazing staff, very welcoming atmosphere and food next door was amazing will definitely be coming back the scenery nearby is beautiful and there is a shopping centre nearby if you needed to grab some necessary items you might need!
