Castlecroft was the perfect place to stay in Sterling. It is situated at the base of the castle with breathtaking views. The B&B was very clean and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast was was excellent. My only regret was that we were not staying there longer.

Castlecroft B&B was excellent. Laura was extremely gracious and an excellent host. The location is amazing right below Stirling Castle, within walking distance. The town nearby is within an easy walking distance if you're looking for some food and drink in the evening or perhaps before visiting the castle. We had an early flight departure the next morning so unfortunately didn't get to experience breakfast, but Laura was kind enough to pack us to-go breakfast bags the evening before to provide us a little something. She was very thoughtful to do so and it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here in the future if visiting the Stirling area. There is plenty of sights to see nearby and loved Laura's B&B.

This B&B was absolutely beautiful from the main sitting area to the rooms, exterior and view of the town and mountains outside the picture window. It was a perfect location at the base of the Stirling Castle. I had originally decided to walk but due to icy conditions in the morning we drove to the castle. Laura was a great host and her breakfast and homemade bread was super yummy! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again on another trip to Scotland!

My daughter and I stayed here and were blown away with the customer service. We were greeted and shown around the b&b. Fresh coffee/tea with cookies and biscuits in guest lounge with beautiful views.which also had an outdoor seating area. Bedroom was beautiful very calming colours with a small sitting area outside which was lovely. Plenty of shower products in bathroom & our breakfast was lovely and fresh with even home made bread. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Another wonderful stay at Castlecroft. Laura is very welcoming and we loved the complimentary hot drinks and sweet treats. The B&B was comfortable, clean and the breakfasts were very tasty; a great start to the day. Great location, just a 10 minute walk from Stirling centre and 5 minutes from the local supermarket.

Very nice bed and breakfast. Laura’s an excellent host that takes pride in how she operates her b&b. Location was very convenient, very nice sitting room with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was excellent. Gardens around the property are beautiful. If you are traveling to Stirling I’d highly recommend a stay with Laura at Castle ride bed and breakfast, only regret was that we only spent 1 night in Stirling.

We stayed at this B & B for two nights. Its was a very nice place. So many wonderful touches to make your stay a pleasant one. One con was that the shower water turned very hot if something else in the house was running. The proprietor is welcoming and has many great tips and suggestions for places to eat, things to do. She has a wonderful garden to enjoy if the weather is good. And the location can’t be beat - located directly under Stirling Castle (very worth a visit) and a short walk to the Main Street. The Kelpies are also about 15 minutes away in Falkirk.

Stayed for a night en route North after a 10 year gap! Still really excellent. Good location, lots of parking. Lovely clean and well appointed rooms. Great shower after a long drive! Very comfortable lounge and terrace. Great breakfast. Above all, great host, Laura. 10/10

Absolutely amazing stay. Laura is amazing, rooms are beautiful and everything you need is to hand. The breakfast offering is amazing, lots of different choices from continental to cooked. Pots of freshly brewed coffee, little bottles of orange juice. In the lounge downstairs, coffee, tea, biscuits and snacks are on offer daily. You’re directly underneath Stirling Castle, you can walk easily into Stirling from the B&B. Me and hubby can’t praise this little B&B highly enough and there aren’t enough stars to rate this B&B.
