There is no guest access to the laundry facility/ there is a smart lock on the laundry room door in your unit. There is a private driveway area for parking and an electronic keypad for entering the unit.Other things to noteThere is a Ring doorbell on the front door. This unit is best for only 2 guests, and it is not pet friendly.
