Der Chef kann Chinesisch! Es ist so praktisch. Wenn Sie Fragen haben, können Sie ihn direkt fragen! Unten kann man ein Auto mieten und nur zwei Schritte entfernt gibt es einen Nachtmarkt. Ich gehe jeden Abend zum Kata-Nachtmarkt, um bis spät in die Nacht Snacks zu essen. Das ist super praktisch.

A very stylish boutique hotel, A room with a open kitchen, living room and balcony. It would be great stay when live for a long while. Comfortable stay, convenient location with bars, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Only small things needa be improve. Drainage in the shower, hot water for shower and dishes should be cleaned. I’ll come back to this hotel again and again.

Vor diesem Hotel wohnten wir in zwei anderen Hotels (eines in Nai Yang und eines in Karon). Dies war unser drittes Hotel innerhalb von 19 Tagen, daher kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass der Kata Beach stickig ist und keine Brise weht, was man von den beiden zuvor genannten Stränden nicht behaupten kann. Es ist auch sehr voll, was aber durchaus seinen Reiz hat, mit vielen Cafés und dicht besiedelten Bereichen. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mir gefiel das Hotel selbst. Tolle Pools und Liegestühle. Wir waren im 4. Stock, und vom Erdgeschoss aus kann man direkt vom Zimmer zum Pool gehen. Wir haben unsere Nachbarn überhaupt nicht gehört. Es waren viele ausländische Gäste im Hotel: Amerikaner und Afrikaner. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren zwar nicht neu, wurden aber täglich sorgfältig gewechselt. Die Klimaanlage war leise und das Wasser warm. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich, aber man wird nicht hungern. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit. An der Poolbar werden alkoholische Getränke verkauft: Bier, Cocktails.

Wir waren im November 2025 dort und waren begeistert vom Hotel! Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt – Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wasser und Kaffee werden gewechselt. Es gibt einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit Safe, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Fernseher und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Kingsize-Bett hat zwei Kissen pro Person. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und spricht etwas Russisch. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in Patong liegt, nur 100 Meter vom Bangla Beach entfernt, sind die Zimmer ruhig. Im dritten Stock befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Straße, und auf dem Dach gibt es einen Pool und eine Bar. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich überdachte Parkplätze. Das ist besonders praktisch für alle, die Fahrräder mieten. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen; wir waren neun Tage dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Es ist ok Resort, mit einem kleinen Pool, aber sauber & auch mit Waschmaschine & Trockner zu einem Preis.. Gute Empfänger, aber während des Frühstücks, sie helfen die Küche.

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is. This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities. RESTAURANT & POOL AREA The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right. BREAKFASTS The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality ROOM SERVICE Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it. ROOMS If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great. Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that. You will have: Fridge Kettle, cups and glasses Plenty of packing and cupboard space Bed side Tables and lamps Towels Bedding was comfortable AIRCONDITIONING Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old. LOCATION The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost. I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is. PESTS Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons. I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay. DEPOSIT The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Die Reise und die Lage waren an sich gut. Ich hatte viele positive Bewertungen gelesen, wurde aber leider getäuscht. Nur aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich eine ehrliche Bewertung abgeben, nachdem ich selbst gebucht hatte. Von außen sieht die Unterkunft gut aus, aber nachdem wir eingecheckt und das Zimmer betreten hatten, war das Hotelinnere schrecklich. Ich war mit meinem frisch angetrauten Ehepartner dort. In der ersten Nacht juckte uns die Haut ununterbrochen, und wir hatten den ganzen nächsten Tag Juckreiz. Wir baten um einen Wechsel der Bettwäsche, und das Problem wurde behoben. Dann aber… waren die Bodenfliesen im ganzen Zimmer gesprungen und kaputt, und das Fenster mit Meerblick war nicht geputzt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es daran lag, dass ich ein Zimmer mit eingeschränktem Meerblick gebucht hatte und der Reinigungsservice deshalb nicht so gut war wie bei einem Zimmer mit vollem Meerblick. Die Badewanne am Fenster mit Meerblick war aber selbst für ein Zimmer mit eingeschränktem Meerblick wirklich schön. Ich konnte ein paar Instagram-taugliche Fotos machen. Außerdem gab es noch einige andere Vorkommnisse. Am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen Wutausbruch. Der Service war super. Ich war gerade halb im Bademantel unter der Dusche, als ich den Stromausfall im Zimmer bemerkte. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, mit der Information, dass unser Zimmer am nächsten Morgen repariert würde. Wir sollten aber vor 14 Uhr wieder in unser altes Zimmer zurückkehren, da der nächste Gast anreisen würde. Nachdem das Stromproblem behoben war, erhielten wir den Schlüssel mit dem Hinweis, dass wir ihn benutzen könnten, falls der Strom wieder ausfällt. Wir haben ihn aber nicht benutzt. An unserem letzten Tag nutzten wir den Pool auf dem Dach. Er war toll und bot viele Fotomotive für Instagram. Nachdem wir einige Stunden im Pool geschwommen waren, kamen wir zurück und stellten fest, dass unser Zimmer ohne Vorwarnung aufgebrochen worden war, um die Anlage zu reparieren. Wir hatten zwar Schilder mit der Aufschrift „Bitte mein Zimmer reinigen“ oder „Bitte nicht stören“ angebracht, wollten aber unser Zimmer nicht in dem Zustand hinterlassen, in dem wir es verlassen hatten. Als wir zurückkamen, war alles weggeräumt, auch unser Gepäck. Mir ist bekannt, dass es Zimmerservice gibt, aber wir haben ihn nicht mehr genutzt, da meine Frau und ich unser Zimmer immer selbst reinigen und daher kaum einen Zimmerservice in Anspruch nehmen. Ich selbst war übrigens schon zum dritten Mal in Phuket und war mit der Unterkunft nicht ganz zufrieden. Ich kenne ein Hotel in Flughafennähe, in dem meine Frau und ich oft übernachten. Es ist zwar ein „2-Sterne-Hotel“, hat aber 3- bis 4-Sterne-Standards, was Sauberkeit usw. angeht. Wir wurden zwar nie bestohlen, fühlten uns aber nach einigen unglücklichen Erlebnissen einfach unwohl. Ich hatte zumindest einen Balkon oder eine Möglichkeit zum Wäschewaschen und -trocknen erwartet, aber Fehlanzeige. Nach unseren Erfahrungen bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob es sich hier wirklich um ein 3-Sterne-Hotel handelt, obwohl das Personal freundlich wirkte – nichts für ungut. Ich hatte eine schlechte Erfahrung, aber buchen Sie am besten selbst, um sich ein eigenes Bild zu machen. Bewertungen allein können irreführend sein, und die meisten Reiseportale sind nicht aktuell. Nach diesen Begegnungen wollten wir eigentlich wieder in dem Hotel übernachten, in dem wir schon einmal waren. Wir beschlossen aber, ihnen eine zweite Chance zu geben. Ehrlich gesagt, haben sie sich selbst übertroffen. Alles war super, nur dass sie sich noch mehr Mühe gegeben haben, professioneller aufzutreten. Unser Zimmer zu durchsuchen, um Reparaturen durchzuführen, ist meiner Meinung nach nicht professionell.

This is a small boutique and budget hotel located within 10 mins walking distance to the Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla walking street. The location is great and close to many local eateries and massages and spa. The hotel is jaded but at least it’s clean and the basic amenities are there to ensure a safe and comfortable environment to sleep overnight. The walls are thin and not soundproof as you can hear your neighbours’ loud conversations late into the night, though there are not much noises from the streets. The swimming pool is not well maintained and non-usable during my stay there (see last picture). The free breakfast buffet is simple and the same every morning and they are mostly western-styled menu and nothing to shout about. I would only recommend this hotel to budget travellers who is not fussy and spend most of their time out except to come back to sleep at night.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, have everything fir comfortable living. The room has drinking water 2 bottles, refrigerator, kettle, fan, towels, good bathroom. Also the location is nice, near the centre but at quiet place, not noisy.

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc. Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony. It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city. So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel. From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price. You can have dinner or lunch options within 50-60 baht per person. You will get Phi Phi Island tour packages and Phi Phi Ferry tickets right at the reception of this hotel at cheap rate with pick up and drop off services. You will get bike rent services just the road beside of this hotel at cheap price. Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than to your check in time, they will let you keep your luggage safely and provide washrooms to change or freshen up. The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view. It has so many elements those give aesthetic and classical looks like wall mirrors, beds, dress table mirror etc. Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island. But the man on duty at the reception, made bread toast, provided butter and jam with coffee and tea, as limited breakfast option. Everything of the hotel, including the room rent and facilities were great except there was a huge dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. So there is a odor every time during your stay, especially you can't sit on your balcony or at the hotel front beautiful outdoor lobby because its like the whole city's garbage is thrown just in front of your place.
