Sie blieb 5 Tage und 4 Nächte in Riad Mama, und es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Die Riad selbst ist schön und geschmackvoll dekoriert, aber was wirklich den Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich machte waren die Menschen und ihre hervorragende Dienstleistung. Dunya ging oben und darüber hinaus, hilf mir mit meinem großen Gepäck in die Lobby und hält mein Zimmer jederzeit unspottbar. Farid bereitete mir am ersten Abend auf dem Dach Tee und teilte großzügig große Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Nour, der Direktor und ihre Schwester begrüßten mich mit warmen Lächeln, jedes Mal, wenn sie mich sahen und einen wirklich fantastischen Service lieferten. Sie bieten warme, echte Gastfreundschaft und dauernd gingen die zusätzlichen Meile, um sicherzustellen, dass ich komfortable und gut betreut war. Ich fühlte mich wirklich wie ein willkommener Gast anstatt ein Touristen. Als ich leider am zweiten Tag Nahrungsvergiftung hatte und überhaupt nicht mein Zimmer verließ, bemerkten sie mich und prüften mich, um sicherzustellen, dass ich ok war. Diese Art der Pflege bedeutete mir so viel. Schließlich ist der Riad selbst buchstäblich nur 2–4 Minuten von Jemaa el-Fnaa und der Medina entfernt, was das Umgehen unglaublich einfach machte. Ich würde sicherlich ohne Zwang wiederkommen. Danke Riad Mama! Ich kann Riad Mama nicht empfehlen genug, das ist Gastfreundschaft bei seiner wunderschönen. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch die wunderbare Gelegenheit, ein traditionelles marokkanisches Frühstück zu versuchen, das vom Gastgeber zubereitet wurde, das absolut lecker war und eine wirklich erinnerebare Erfahrung ✨✨

I was checked in by Ismaelle and checked out by Jamal. Both are extremely helpful and friendly, offering valuable cultural and local tips. Those really come in handy to me. I appreciate it. Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks. A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city. I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality. Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM. Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to. If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning view from the window added an extra touch of relaxation.

Schönes Hotel, hilfsbereites Personal, das Englisch spricht. Frühstück gut genug. Betten komfortabel. Lärmige Straße, aber schön mit Fenstern geschlossen und Klimaanlage auf. Poolbereich im Sonnenuntergang zwischen 12 und 2 (ish). Nur ein paar Sonnenzimmer. Personal glücklich, eine Flasche Wein für uns zu trinken in unserem Zimmer zu öffnen, und sie gab uns 2 Weinglasses. 30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Medina. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, während unseres Besuchs in Marrakesch im Riad Jibril zu übernachten, und was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung es war! Unser Gastgeber Iheb verdient wirklich den Titel einer Legende. Vom Moment unseres Eincheckens bis zum Auschecken hat er unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Auch wenn es kein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist, bot es ein einzigartiges und authentisches marokkanisches Erlebnis, das unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Das Riad selbst mit seiner traditionellen Architektur war sauber und einladend. Der Höhepunkt war zweifellos die ruhige Terrasse, eine friedliche Oase abseits der Hektik der Medina. Eines Abends genossen wir Shisha auf der Terrasse, ein herrliches Erlebnis, das uns nur rund 70 MAD kostete. Wir hatten auch das Vergnügen, auf der Terrasse zu speisen, wo wir köstliche Tajine zu einem sehr günstigen Preis von 60 MAD pro Stück genossen. Die Kochkünste des Küchenchefs waren wirklich beeindruckend. Das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen serviert wurde, war traditionell und gemütlich! Was unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem machte, war die warme und einladende Atmosphäre, die Iheb und das Personal geschaffen haben. Wir kamen als Gäste an, verließen das Hotel aber mit dem Gefühl, Freunde zu sein. Wir freundeten uns sogar mit den beiden entzückenden Hauskätzchen an: Sofia, der langhaarigen Katze, und Leena, dem rotbraunen Kätzchen. Ihre Anwesenheit verlieh unserem Aufenthalt einen zusätzlichen Charme. Die Lage des Riad Jibril war perfekt und das Kamel vor dem Geldwechsel diente als hervorragender Orientierungspunkt. Das Riad lag in der gegenüberliegenden Gasse, zweite Tür, und war daher leicht zu finden. Besonders gut hat uns die Nähe zur Kasbah in der Nähe des Zeitun-Cafés gefallen, einem unserer Lieblingsorte für einen abendlichen Besuch. Die von Laternen beleuchtete Terrasse des Cafés bot einen majestätischen Ausblick, der unsere Abende noch unvergesslicher machte.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
