A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Es war mein erster Besuch in Sapporo, und das Hotel lag mitten im Geschäftsviertel. Laut Karte befindet es sich mitten im U-Bahnhof, etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Station Susukino entfernt. Tatsächlich sind es aber nur etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Sapporo, und die U-Bahn ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und kostet 11 Yen. Warum also nicht einfach laufen? Die Strecke ist vergleichbar mit der zwischen dem Jing'an-Tempel und der Nanjing West Road – man kann einfach spazieren gehen und sich orientieren. Es gibt außerdem einen langen, durchgehenden unterirdischen Fußgängerweg. Ich gehe sowieso jeden Tag zu Fuß. Man kann zwar auch einen Bus vom Flughafen New Chitose nehmen, aber davon rate ich dringend ab. Obwohl die Haltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Hotel liegt, beträgt die Wartezeit mindestens eine halbe Stunde, und der Bus fährt sehr langsam. In der Zwischenzeit hätte ich schon in Sapporo sein können, das ja recht klein ist… Sapporo, Odori, Li Xiaolu und Susukino kann man in einem halben Tag erkunden. Die Entfernung zur U-Bahn ist kein Problem; wenn man zum Beispiel in Xujiahui ist, ist es doch egal, ob man zur Metro City oder zum Grand Gateway fährt? Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg unterirdisch. Zurück zum Wesentlichen: Die Hotelzimmer sind zwar klein, aber meine 26- und 24-Zoll-Laptops lassen sich aufklappen; man muss sie nur an der Ecke öffnen. Wer sie nicht aufklappen kann, ist wahrscheinlich einfach nur stur. Die Schalldämmung des Hotels ist recht gut, drinnen allerdings nicht so. Nachts konnte ich hören, wie die Tür des Nachbarzimmers zufiel und sich die Leute in ihren Zimmern unterhielten… die Straße draußen war aber sehr ruhig. Außerdem schließt der Aufzug sehr langsam, was die Fahrt etwas verlangsamt… Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen und -trockner. Das Hotelfrühstück ist jeden Tag gleich: Eiersauce, Tomatenhähnchen und Brot – ausreichend, um satt zu werden. Beim Einchecken geht man davon aus, dass man kein Frühstück dabei hat; ich musste meine Ctrip-Bestätigung vorzeigen, bevor ich eins bekam. Man muss also aktiv werden, sonst gibt es keinen Frühstücksgutschein. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von Li Xiaolus Wohnung, direkt nebenan. Es befindet sich an einer Kreuzung; man kann also bis zur grünen Ampel warten, bevor man das Hotel verlässt – unglaublich praktisch, haha. Nebenan ist auch ein Bird's Nest, aber man muss normalerweise mindestens 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es okay, abgesehen von der Schalldämmung.

5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Essen und Geschäften und U-Bahn, neben dem Hotel ist Lawson bequem Geschäft. Personal effizient und bietet schnelle Service. Ich finde die Nebenwirkung ist, dass Sie nur in der Badewanne duschen können, die für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen ungünstig ist, und Sie können im Hotellobby essen und trinken so cabt kühl in der Lobby mit Familien, und es gibt keine Typ C Ladegerät, so müssen Sie den Reiseadapter verwenden. Wasserdispenser ist nicht in der Lobby und nicht auf jedem Stock verfügbar, Sie müssen einen bestimmten Stock füllen, um Wasser zu füllen und nur kaltes Wasser ist verfügbar (kein warmes Wasser). Auch Matratzen sind hart.

If you’re looking for a spot in Sapporo that’s right in the thick of things without breaking the bank, KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Odori is a total win. It’s tucked just a block or two away from Odori Park—which is a lifesaver if you're there for the Snow Festival—and you can wander over to the Tanukikoji shops or the Susukino nightlife in just a few minutes. The rooms are definitely on the cozy side (very typical for Japan), but they’re super clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given how central you are. Plus, they have an awesome amenity bar in the lobby where you can grab all your skincare and coffee essentials on your way up. It’s basically the perfect ”crash pad” for anyone who plans on spending most of their day exploring the city rather than sitting in a hotel room.

Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.

good urban hotel in the middle of susukino. I booked twin room accidentally for 1 person . thinking twin room should be able to have 2 people. But apparently you need to specify 2pax when booking. The problem was solved by paying for extra person at check in but I found this a bit confusing / complicated. The person when I called was not very helpful and made the simple problem a bigger one as he didn’t offer solution . In contrast the reception team was nice and welcoming . So be careful to book with correct head count on booking .

Durchschnittlich, nichts besonders Gutes oder Schlechtes, nur Durchschnitt. Was ich persönlich an dem Raum bedaure, ist, dass er von der Tür bis zum Innenraum mit dunklen Teppichen bedeckt ist. Sie können sich vorstellen, wie viele Menschen nur Schuhe tragen und im Raum herumlaufen. Ich traue mich nicht, mit bloßen Füßen auf den Boden zu treten. Was noch enttäuschender ist, ist die Hygiene. Ich habe einen magnetischen Aufkleber an der Tür angebracht, der zum Reinigen auffordert, bevor ich rausgehe, aber ich bin nicht einmal hineingegangen und habe den Müll nicht weggeworfen, sondern nur eine Tüte Handtücher aufgehängt Tür. Was bringt also die Reinigung...? Es ist schön, eine Mikrowelle und einen Verkaufsautomaten zu haben, aber es ist nicht die Art von Hotel, in der ich das nächste Mal übernachten möchte

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.

Absolutely worth the price ! All was great except the room was not enough lightning, the kids stay for free although the restrictions of kids stay was strict in Japan, this is one of the best part of this hotel. Location was convenient, walk straight can reach susukino and nijo market. The bonus is you get a free ramen for supper at 9-11pm, the ramen was absolutely yum !
