Place That Became My Home and My Safe Haven ❤️ I’m incredibly grateful that life brought me to this wonderful villa. It’s so much more than just a place to stay it’s a place filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. My first three days in Vietnam were extremely difficult. I was involved in a motorbike accident and felt completely lost and overwhelmed. But the amazing host family welcomed me with open hearts. They took care of me, checked on me every day, helped me recover, and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and compassion meant more to me than words can express. I’m traveling alone as a woman, so feeling safe is incredibly important to me. Here, I finally felt completely relaxed and secure. They made me feel like part of their family rather than just a guest, and that is something truly priceless. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Another highlight is the homemade food. Every meal is prepared with love and care, and there are different options to choose from. It feels like enjoying a home-cooked meal with family rather than eating at a hotel. The location is also fantastic. It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything you need. To be honest, this wonderful family completely changed my first impression of Vietnam. After everything I went through, they helped me feel happy, safe, and excited to continue discovering this beautiful country. If you're looking for more than just a hotel if you're looking for a place with heart, genuine hospitality, and people who truly care I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Die Besitzerin war sehr begeistert und half uns ein Auto zum Flughafen zu buchen.Das Auto fuhr sehr gut und stabil, und es war billiger als zu schnappen! Frühstück inklusive, optional, die Lage ist auch gut, ruhig im Lärm, das Zimmer ist sauber und groß. Unser Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, und es ist sehr angenehm, nachts auf dem Balkon zu sitzen... ich bin im Allgemeinen zufrieden.

Although I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem. The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.) The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82. After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man.

Ich habe im 5. Stock übernachtet. Ich hatte einen Blick auf die Stadt, die interessant und freundlich wirkte. Das Fenster ist breit und lässt sich weit öffnen, was für gute Belüftung sorgt. Die Straße entlang gibt es einen Win Mart und zwei Bäckereien, eine davon mit Tiramisu, Mousse und Mandel-Tuile. Der traditionelle Markt Phuoc My ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Offenbar sind sie geöffnet, aber nur vormittags. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte von Soluton ist hoch genug für große Menschen. Die Waschmaschine von LG ist neu und schön. Auch der Kleiderbügel ist breit genug und mit Arcodion-Faltung ausgestattet. Die Wäsche trocknet bei heißem Wetter in mehreren Stunden. Einzig der Abwassergeruch ist ein Wermutstropfen. Man könnte ihn geschickt und großzügig behandeln: Ich öffnete das Fenster im Duschraum und deckte das Abwasser mit einer Plane ab. Eine Duftkerze half, ihn zu vertreiben und zu vergessen. Ich mochte den Markt Phuoc My. Ein lokaler Markt und gute Preise. Aber einem Verkäufer gefiel es nicht, dass ich Fotos machte, und er schrie mich an. Sie war die erste und furchtbarste Vietnamesin, die ich je in Danang gesehen habe.

Meine Erfahrungen hier sind ziemlich gut. Wenn Sie keine Angst haben, einen Meter zu laufen, wählen Sie ein Studentenwohnheimzimmer zu einem erschwinglichen Preis und vielen neuen Erfahrungen 🤣. Es ist einfach, Ausländer kennenzulernen. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, war ein gemischter Schlafsaal (Männer und Frauen wohnen zusammen). Ich habe gesehen, dass dort die meiste Zeit Ausländer unterwegs waren, aber ich habe keine Vietnamesen gesehen, die sich dort aufhielten. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, vorbeizukommen und es auszuprobieren. Vorteile: - Begeistertes Personal - Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Warm- und Kaltwasserspender zur gemeinsamen Nutzung - Die Zimmer sind recht gut (ab ca. 1m8 und darunter kann man bequem liegen) - Nicht zu laut - Der Preis ist recht günstig (mein Zimmer kostet etwa 140.000/Nacht) Nachteile: - Der Boden ist manchmal durch die Schuhe etwas schmutzig. - Im Schlafsaal gibt es keine Hausschuhe 😭 Das Foto unten zeigt mich und meinen Mitbewohner aus Singapur 🤣

Großer Aufenthalt im Garden Capsule Hotel! Der Ort war sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Warmwasser war ohne Probleme verfügbar. Das Gebiet hat auch einige große nahegelegene Cafés und Arbeitsräume, perfekt für digitale Nomads. Ich empfehle den Reisenden, in Da Nang eine haushaltsfreundliche Option zu suchen.

Ich kam um 22 Uhr am Flughafen Da Nang an. Da ich nur eine Nacht bleiben wollte, habe ich mich widerwillig für ein Bett im Schlafsaal entschieden. Doch die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber gehalten, und die Gemeinschaftsduschen und -toiletten waren ebenfalls makellos. Es gab auch Schließfächer. Obwohl ich ein Dorm-Neuling bin, befürchte ich fast, dass ich, wenn diese Unterkunft der Maßstab ist, in keinem anderen Dorm mehr übernachten kann! Typisch für Schlafsäle ist die Klimaanlage. Sie funktionierte anfangs hervorragend und war angenehm, wurde später jedoch zu kalt. Da es kein Einzelzimmer war, habe ich mich einfach zugedeckt. Frühstück war nicht inklusive, aber da das Angebot recht ansprechend aussah, habe ich es gegen Aufpreis dazugebucht und das Buffet genossen. Es kostete 110.000 D.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay mainly because it's in a good location, so I booked again for this year. Compared to last year the place is very well used maintenance and repairs are forgotten about and the price is quite high now nearly double, it's in decline no improvements. It states the room will be cleaned Daily, but I arrived when Tet was on so no cleaning for 2 days, no water, or fresh towels for 2 days, it got cleaned on the Saturday but not the sunday, the following Saturday no cleaning again. I did talk with the front desk staff who said day off on Saturday and she doesn't want to pay extra money for staff public holiday wages for Tet. As with most cheaper buildings there's a lot of street noise 8 floors Up it's quite loud. And when the price is cheaper it's a cheap place can't complain but as they are pricing 800- 900k per night which is the same price as the better building across the street disappointment and fair value become an issue. There is only one drain between the toilet and shower meaning the whole floor fills up with water from the shower and stays wet all day. The air conditioning is new but the filter is dirty, yes my towel and linen were very worn as per the photo. I will not be Returning here again.

Erstens möchte ich sagen, dass das Personal hier wirklich wunderbar ist, vor allem der Rezeptionist mit den Brillen, die uns in und aus 21/01-24/01 überprüft haben. Er war so freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit - kann ihn nicht schuldig machen 10/10. Ein Fernseher mit Netflix auf dem Tisch war großartig, wie es eine Lampe auf dem Seitentisch hatte. Die Sauberkeit war jedoch nicht groß - Farben auf den Schalen und Betten und das Bett war im Allgemeinen nicht sauber. Das Bett war auch sehr niedrig und die Matratze ziemlich hart. Auch eine alte Matratze im Halle direkt außerhalb unseres Zimmers. Das Wandkabinett unter dem Fernseher sah aus, als ob es ausfallen würde, so dass wir zu entsetzten, um etwas auf sie zu setzen. Jedes Mal, wenn wir den Tag verlassen und zurück ins Zimmer zurückkehren, würde es einen neuen, schlechten Geruch haben. Manchmal aus den Abwasser, oder Rauch, oder Dampf. Mould auf den Wänden klar geschildert über. Air con würde einfach immer weiter gehen und ausgehen. 40.000 pro KG für Wäscherei - sehr zu preisgekrönt angesichts der Qualität der Bettwäsche im Hotel (Stäbe und Geruch usw.). Die Dusche war TERRIBLE, kaum irgendein Wasserdruck überhaupt. Echt schwer zu waschen, obwohl es heiß war. Die Shampoo / Dusche Gel Flaschen waren schmutzig und gebrochen. Handtücher auch mit Fliesen. Schmutzflipflips wurden bereitgestellt. Während billig, ist dies ein sehr müdees Hotel mit unterhalb der Standardreinigung, mit Mitarbeitern, die ihr Bestes tun mit dem, was sie erhalten. Würde nicht wieder bleiben oder empfehlen. Besonderes Dank an den Empfänger, der uns einen Haartrockner, da man nicht im Zimmer gegeben wird. Danke!!!
