2-Sterne-Hotels in Phuket

My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

Ich habe drei Nächte hier verbracht und es war definitiv die beste Entscheidung, dieses Hostel zu wählen. Es ist schön und sauber. Das WLAN ist superschnell und man kann es sogar vom Bett aus nutzen, nicht nur in der Lobby. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Dankeschön an Joy, Kim und das burmesische Mädchen Htoo Htoo für euren tollen Service; weiter so! Wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder. ✌️

Beste Hostel in Phuket Town für Ausländer. Sehr sauber, Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN, freundliches Personal. Beste Lage in der Stadt. Bett wie eine Kapsel mit Fan, Licht und Plug

Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Haus ist jeden Tag sauber. Lage ist super gut , in der Nähe der alten Stadtstraße und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr niedrig. Einer der Blöcke hat keinen Aufzug, muss Ur-Gepäck auf und runter transportieren.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage, Dusche mit starkem Wasserstrahl (insbesondere in Thailand selten), trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Hotel hat keinen Aufzug (war aber davor bekannt, wird beim Zimmer bereits darauf hingewiesen). Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Checkout war möglich. Die Rezeption ist früher und länger besetzt als angegeben - also auch für frühes Aufbrechen mit der Fähre kein Problem.

This used to be a quiet and sleepy village with a tourist off-season. Now, it is bustling and packed with tourist signage, restaurants, and shops and seems more crowded. This hotel has a restaurant in the back right on the beach. The food is ok with tourist prices (you can walk down just 100 meters to a great restaurant) but the setting is fantastic. Beware, the path from the street/front of hotel/restaurant goes right past the rooms in a little hallway. Get a room on the 2nd floor if possible. The rooms are ok and nothing to rave about. It can feel claustrophobic since the only tiny window opens directly to a cement wall and you'd keep the main entrance/sliding doors closed and covered for privacy. It is very dark at night.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, auch lassen Sie mich das ganze Zimmer für mich haben, da ich einen Grund bunk bevorzugt hatte. hatte 2 lockable Kabinett/Draht für Ihre Werte. Bett war ausreichend komfortable, Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und sie hatten eine spezielle Lady Zone so fühlte sich sicher. Lage war ok. Sie hatten einen Gemeindebereich mit einem Smart-TV, aber sie scheinen nicht wie Leute da draußen hängen, so könnte es sein, weil ich in der niedrigen Saison ging. Die einzigen Beschwerden, die ich hatte, waren die Toilette war ein bisschen klein, und Glücklich war es nicht überfüllt im Hostel, da es nur 2 Kubikmeter hatte (eine der Toiletten funktionierte nicht auch gut). Die Dusche war ein bisschen klein, aber immer noch ok, ziemlich sauber auch. Eigentlich ein großes Handtuch, das ziemlich lustig war, aber es funktioniert und der Gürtel ist ein wenig durchsichtiges Esp, wenn Sie das bunk Licht anschieben (es ist ok, wenn die Lichter sind aus, es bietet immer noch ein Niveau der Privatsphäre). nicht zu schlecht, und für den Preis es ist ziemlich gut!

Wir haben hier tatsächlich fünf Tage am Stück verbracht! Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich hätte gern noch mehr geschrieben! Die Zimmer waren groß, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Der Besitzer ist Chinese, und die Bettwäsche wurde kürzlich erneuert. Der Service war aufmerksam; eines Nachts telefonierte der indische Gast nebenan um 2:30 Uhr lautstark, und der Besitzer antwortete prompt über WeChat! Die Atmosphäre im Gästehaus war sehr gemütlich, mit Eichhörnchen, Katzen und anderen kleinen Tieren! Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür! Gleich daneben befindet sich ein lokaler Nachtmarkt! Die Essensstände draußen sind ebenfalls günstig und lecker! Ich war begeistert! Und der Preis von 200-300 RMB in der Hochsaison ist wirklich unschlagbar!

the location is ideal for patong budget backpackers, but the room is crowded and smelly, and with a lot of noise. the self check in system is nice as your name will be displayed on the tv outside displaying your assigned bed. they do give free towel and small luggage storage with a lock enough to keep a backpack for valuables like laptop or wallet

Großartig. Ich mag es. Das Bett ist schön. Das Hostel hatte ein Frühstück für mich, aber ich bin sehr spät aufgestanden und es vergessen. Nächstes Mal, wenn ich in der Phuket-Stadt bleiben werde, werde ich es sicher wieder ohne Zweifel wählen.
