Die Lage war super, direkt gegenüber von Dongbangsuseong und gleich um die Ecke von Ximending. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da sich das Hotel eine Etage mit dem Hungry Hotel teilt, kann es etwas verwirrend sein, aber die Angestellten haben sehr darauf geachtet, dass ich mich nicht verlaufe. Allerdings für Koreaner... mag es im Sommer und Herbst in Ordnung sein, aber im Winter könnte es etwas schwierig werden. Die Heizung ist nicht typisch koreanisch, und da eine Seite des Hotels komplett aus Fenstern besteht, zieht es ziemlich stark. Ich wohnte in einem Zweizimmer-Apartment, und das Zimmer mit dem Fenster nach draußen war abends so kühl, dass ich es gar nicht benutzt habe. Ich fragte nach der Heizung, und mir wurde gesagt, sie sei an. Man erklärte mir auch das Heizungssteuerungssystem, also versuchte ich, es zu bedienen, aber ich konnte nicht feststellen, ob es funktionierte oder nicht. Die Temperatur stieg nicht an, und ich spürte keine warme Luft, die eigentlich von irgendwoher kommen sollte. Die Raumtemperatur war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts mit etwa 23 Grad Celsius angegeben, fühlte sich aber eher wie 10 Grad an. Im Zimmer mit dem Fenster nach draußen waren es gefühlt nur 5 Grad. Wäre der Heizkörper nicht da gewesen, hätte ich das Ganze wahrscheinlich als Geldverschwendung betrachtet und mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Da der Heizkörper aber da war, kam ich damit zurecht. Es ist nicht so, dass es „extrem warm“ ist, sondern eher, dass er so nah am Bett steht, dass eine Seite des Bettes etwas warm ist. Und wenn ich die Tür zum Fenster öffne, weht ein kühler Luftzug herein… Das Problem ist, dass sich Bad und Toilette auf dieser Seite befinden, was im Winter für Kälteempfindliche problematisch sein könnte. Und das Warmwasser… Es wird von einzelnen Boilern bereitgestellt, man muss die Temperatur also am Boiler im Badezimmer regulieren. Wenn eine Person zu viel Warmwasser verbraucht, ist es für die anderen schwierig, welches zu bekommen. Im Sommer ist das kein Problem, aber mitten im Winter... Ich denke, im Frühling oder Spätherbst ist es ähnlich. Ansonsten bin ich mit der Lage und den Annehmlichkeiten zufrieden. Ich glaube, wir haben die falsche Jahreszeit gewählt. Wären wir im Sommer gefahren, hätte ich problemlos buchen können.

Besonders zufrieden, die Kinder sind sehr glücklich, wo immer sie gehen, und es gibt viele Orte, wo man essen kann.

Die Aussichtsposition ist ausgezeichnet und der Blickwinkel ist super. Es liegt direkt gegenüber von Water City. Es ist sehr praktisch für Essen und Unterkunft. Das Überraschendste ist, dass Essen zum Mitnehmen im Obergeschoss geliefert werden kann. Die Haushälterin reagierte sehr zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Es liegt neben Donggang, sodass Sie die Landschaft genießen können, ohne das Haus zu verlassen ... Es ist sauber und rücksichtsvoll, ich werde wieder hier übernachten

Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank – alles, was man braucht. Neue Sofas. Das Bett ist supergroß, wahrscheinlich 2,3 Meter. 在大連港住了幾天，這家民宿真心值得好好寫個好評。整體感覺就倆字：滿意。位置很理想，大連港區域，出行方便，去哪都不遠，周邊配套也挺齊全，吃喝玩樂都省心。房間乾淨整潔，佈置用心，住着敞亮又舒坦，風格簡約温馨，無論是休息還是待着都很愜意。設施方面很齊全，使用起來也順手，沒什麼可挑剔的。最想説的是老闆人特別好，真誠熱心，從預訂到入住再到退房，整個過程中的溝通和服務都讓人感覺很舒服，既有分寸又有温度，就是那種實心實意對客人好的感覺，不是客套做樣子。幾天住下來，沒有踩雷的地方，每天都挺舒心的，性價比也高，花這個錢能有這個體驗已經很超值了。以後來大連肯定還訂這家，也已經記在小本本上推薦給朋友了，希望這麼好的一家民宿能被更多人發現

Despite being a bit tricky to find at first glance, the hotel’s layout turned into one of its most charming features—once discovered, it felt like a secret getaway perched above the city. 🧼 Cleanliness & Comfort • The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and well‑sanitized surfaces. • Thoughtful amenities—plush towels, quality toiletries, and spotless floors—made for a very comfortable experience. 🗺️ Location & Accessibility • Approximately 650 m from the nearest metro, tram, and bus stations—ideal for exploring Dalian. • Amazing convenience: the bay is right across the street, offering stunning water views and an easy stroll along the waterfront. 🚇 Getting There & Navigation • As rooms are located high up, the hotel is a bit hidden. • But the friendly front desk team truly turned that into a plus: a staff member met me outside the building, guided me all the way from the metro station, and personally ensured I found the right entrance. ★★★★★ hospitality! 🚶♂️ Exploring Dalian • With public transport just steps away, everything from major city sights to local gems is easily accessible. • The bay’s proximity is perfect for morning walks, evening sunsets, and photo ops.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!
