Comfort Inn I-20 Midland Stanton

Hotel is so nice and clean. Beds are so comfortable. Rosita makes the best Breakfast. Sara at the front Desk is nice and friendly. Anyone coming this way should stay here you won't be disappointed.. Great Hotel

How about zero stars! How did this place get ANY good reviews. Front desk person was never at the desk. Shed come out of the office after 20 minutes saying "yeah?" Room was dirty, blood on the sheets and comforter so it was fresh when the bed was made. Gross. Definitely not an already washed stain. Finally found the receptionist and she gave us a new room. Guess what? More blood! Goo on the walls, hair everywhere. Barely any working lights in the room. Maintenance was called but never came, pool was ICE cold, hot tub was the same temperature and didn't work. Pool room had no lights, door lock was falling off. I was hoping breakfast would save this trip for my family since people raved about it. A pan of eggs and a bowl of moldy oranges. Like green fuzzy growing things oranges. Got my son juice out of the machine and had a black chunk in it. It's hands down the worst experience I've ever had. We couldn't wait to pack up and leave this morning. We'll be trying to get a refund through customer service. Please don't listen to these good reviews. It's horrendous.

The customer service at this place is very friendly. Front desk Frances is great and will answer any and every question you have. Rosita in the kitchen is sweet. Breakfast is delicious and her salsa is amazing. Royal is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. This place is very clean outside and inside. We enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come to Stanton. If anyone is ever in Stanton book here you won’t be disappointed.

Sarah was a big help letting me know where everything was.Rosita makes sure nothing runs low for breakfast always checking on what is needed. Mariah got me some extra towels etc I needed.The lady’s were a big help making sure stuff is there if you need it. Royal was awesome at coming to get trash from my room and asked if I needed towels or tissue in my room .A big shout out to these people that work at Comfort Suites

The comfort inn in Stanton, Texas, is a positive experience, largely in part due to its manager, Veronica. If you have any problems, you can talk with her and get them settled positively. The room is comfortable with all that you need. And it is pet friendly!

This hotel was the best of our stays on this trip. The room was clean, very comfortable, wifi worked well, and the best complementary breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast had wonderful options - the potatoes were especially tasty. Book this hotel, you won't be sorry!

Nice clean rooms. Hotel is clean all around. Beds are comfortable. Rosita makes the best breakfast. Sara is awesome. I recommend anyone coming through here to stay at this hotel. You won't be disappointed.
