Dieses Hotel war definitiv eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Es gab viele positive Aspekte zu nennen, also fange ich mit dem Gebäude selbst an: ruhig gelegen in der Nähe eines Wohngebiets mit Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage, die Plätze sind allerdings begrenzt und werden nach dem Prinzip „Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst“ vergeben, aber trotzdem ist ein Gästeparkplatz vor Ort definitiv ein großes Plus. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, gut eingerichtet, mit einem großzügigen Wohn- und Badezimmer und einem schönen Balkon, was ein Bonus war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut, es gab viel Auswahl, sehr leckeres Essen und eine Live-Küche für alle Omelette-Bedürfnisse. Ich würde sogar so weit gehen zu sagen, dass das Frühstück definitiv sein Geld wert ist und viel besser ist als bei einigen gehobenen Ketten, in denen ich gewesen bin. Der einzige Nachteil, und ich will hier nur kleinlich sein, war das Waschbecken. Aufgrund der Konstruktion des Waschbeckens ist es fast eben, sodass beim Zähneputzen der Abfall einfach dort bleibt, was frustrierend sein kann. Das andere Problem, das ich festgestellt habe, war, dass die Duschkabine nicht wirklich wasserdicht ist, sodass man bei jedem Duschen eine Wasserpfütze hat. Aber wie gesagt, das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten und tun dem Hotel keinen Abbruch, eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung zu verdienen. Die Frage, die ich mir also noch stellen muss, ist: Würde ich wieder hier übernachten? Natürlich würde ich das. Würde ich es Freunden und Familie empfehlen? Sofort! Gut gemacht, Best Western Premier, Malta 👏🏽. Weiter so.

Pebbles Resort has a lot of positives but also some areas for improvement. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated near a bus stop where you can catch buses to almost every route in Malta. Buses are frequent and cost only €2 for a two-hour ride. The square is a short six-minute walk, offering plenty of food options. Beaches are just a quick bus ride away, and ferries are also easily accessible. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has two pools: an outdoor one and a warm indoor pool. The indoor pool is very comfortable, but the hot tub was disappointing—colder than the pool and with jets that only work for 30 seconds at a time, requiring constant button-pressing. The towels provided for pool use are old and could use an upgrade. The gym is small and often busy, so timing is key if you want to work out. Food: The food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. Unlike many hotel buffets, the staff at Pebbles Resort rotates trays frequently, ensuring the food is both fresh and appealing. However, the buffet and à la carte menus are separate, which was disappointing. I couldn’t try items like cheesecake or creamed chicken from the buffet during à la carte dining. Rooms: The room itself was nice, with some standout features like the television built into the mirror. The balcony was a good size, but my stay was marred by a neighbor plucking cigarette ashes over their balcony instead of using the ashtray provided. Additionally, the refrigerator never got cold, which was inconvenient as there are no ice buckets in the rooms, forcing me to go to the bar for ice. Service: Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. Despite being the only ones waiting, the staff couldn’t expedite the process, leaving my daughter to fall asleep on the lobby couch—a completely embarrassing experience. The hotel also lacks luggage carts and staff to assist with heavy luggage, which is especially frustrating when traveling with kids and a lot of bags. Conclusion: While Pebbles Resort offers a fantastic location, good food, and decent facilities, it falls short in service and attention to detail. Small improvements, like better towels, functional hot tubs, luggage assistance, and quicker room readiness, could elevate the experience significantly. Rating: 3.5/5

Neue Struktur, nichts zu beanstanden. Service: Leerer Barkühlschrank, nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser, nicht vorhandenes Badezimmer-Pflegeset ☹️ Hausschuhe, ganz zu schweigen davon. Wenn sie bei dieser miserablen Politik bleiben, nachdem sie ein Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und ein Vermögen bezahlt haben, würde ich etwas mehr Service erwarten. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

Чудовий готель з гарним розташуванням. Поруч автобусна зупинка. Номери чисті і комфортні. Шикарний басейн на 12 поверсі з шикарним виглядом на море. Зона відкритого басейну велика теж з виглядом на море. СПА та закритий басейн досить малі як для такого великого готелю. Це єдине, що не сподобалось в цьому готелі, але нам воно було взагалі не цікаво і не суттєво, просто для загальної інформації. Харчування різноманітне, кожен для себе щось знайде. Ми брали All inclusive, хоча достатньо би було сніданок і вечеря. Обід точно був лишній. Загалом готель дуже сподобався.
