Capri Inn

We checked in to a first-floor room with two double beds. Had a nice desk, with a lamp and electrical outlet for working on my computer. Air was simple to set with a wall mounted thermostat. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were small and lumpy. Tub/shower not our favorite. Internet service was slow. No breakfast provided and they charge a fee of $300 to hold against your credit card until the room is checked for any damage after you leave.

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. And for us it is a keeper, because is a good place to stay, clean and comfortable! Friendly and helpul staff. Jenny the frontdesk lady is always happy to help. Every time we go to St. Catharine´s we will stay at thisn hotel!

It is always a pleasant experience to stay at the Capri Inn. My daughter and I recently travelled to St. Catharines for her daughter's (my granddaughter's) graduation from Brock University. Both Julia and Ben were so good to talk to and deal with and always make their guests feel so welcome. Rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, the TV has a great selection of channels, the shower is good with excellent water pressure, the towels are fluffy and the little coffee/tea maker in the room is welcome for early risers like me. There are delicious complimentary muffins, granola bars and two types of juice available from 7 to 10 a.m. If you're looking for a bit of nature to enjoy with your coffee, just walk across the parking lot and sit on a bench or at a picnic table in the delightful little park. All this for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend the Capri to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in St. Catharines. Thank you, Julia and Ben. Came to the area for work this week and found this gem! The service was fantastic! Room was great! The bed was awesome... best sleep I've had away from home. I will definitely be staying here when i come back to the area! Thank you again for everything! See you soon!

Fantastic service and clean room. Nice and quiet with a view of the river. Good location with restaurants nearby. The cube shelf was very convenient. Julia Tran at the front desk was warm and super friendly. Thank you for the wine : ) We'll be back!!

My Wife arrived at the hotel and they told her she couldn't stay there because her SERVICES DOG. I Could not believe that this hotel would break the Law. My Wife is in her mid Sixty's and didn't deserve to be disrespected Like this. .............................................................................................................................................................

I booked this hotel as it was in close proximity to the events we wanted to attend in the area When we checked in the hostess was quite pleasant and welcomed us. Our room was on the 2nd level and was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Our room was at the perfect temperature and we never had to touch the thermostat. Breakfast offerings included granola bars, muffins and Rice Krispies squares. There are also other restaurants in the area that offer breakfast if wanted. The staff would inquire if there was anything we needed in our room and were quite pleasant as well. If we are ever back in the Niagara area we will not hesitate to stay here again.

We went with my sister in-law and her husband. It was the first Canada visit for them. The Capri inn at 391 Ontario st. was beautiful and so comfortable. Julia Tran at the front desk was so hospitable and informative. My in-laws were so impressed by the amazing service. Next time heading back to Canada, we will be booking at the same Capri inn. Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had easy access to the QEW for great convenience. Good restaurant options near by. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. All in all a positive experience.
