frankly the Howard Johnson and Wyndham should be disappointed and disgusted to call this place theirs. Rooms were not clean properly at all as floor was still dirty, sink had hair in it and room smelled like a poor attempt to cover up an awful smell. Toss bleach on it that will work! Not really, it still smelled and has a hint of bleach as an under smell. I am so glad I had the idea of placing the chair against the door to somewhat feel save after reading the reviews so glad I did. Shower head had a nice combination of mildew, rust and maybe mold but I'm not a scientist so not sure on that but any case a shower was a no for me and stuck to baby wiping the pits and other important crevasses to at least appear clean. Fire alarm had no battery but maybe that was a good thing because a fire may help the place out, it would definitely help the smell and possibly the shower head. Breakfast was that of a real champion dry frosted mini wheats! Ok I should Of ate it dry cause the milk was hot, bread looked not fresh and the eggs ya umm no. Coffee was out front desk bad no clue on how to make it so had to wait for someone else to do it (15mins) later. Other then the hotel experience the trip to the springerville and eager area was a great experience ******* I received this response from corporate I'm sorry to hear about your experience Rebecca. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ************ My rebuttal I asked the front desk for compensation at check out the answer was she can let management know but they don't care and probably won't. I called twice no answer or manager is not available. There was a totally of 7 of us staying and each had an equally disgusting experience from shower missing in room, to the bathtub coming off the wall. So as the parent company it should be your responsibility to ensure the management is responsible obviously this is not the case. And the we would like to take hear your experience to do nothing with it but forwarded it to the place whom said they really don't care. Your sorry doesn't do much. This stay reflects not only on the management at that hotel but the entire chain especially after this sorry we can't do anything text. I have cancelled all Future wyandam reservations and deleted the app from my phone.
