What a great property! This is a great Hampton Inn, from friendly staff to well maintained. The location can’t be beat. Wonderful restaurants nearby and shopping selections too. Easy on and off the interstate but not right on the interstate. Very impressed with everything!

If I only rated this Hampton Inn in Spring Hill, TN on its bed and the quality of sleep I had, I would still give this hotel five stars. But there is more to your stay than that alone. Our room comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well cooked with healthy choices as well as quick grab items. The location of the hotel is great .,. surrounded by a number of shopping and eating choices. This is the only Hampton in which I have stayed where the Digital Checkin and Checkout actually worked as it should … plus we had no problems with our digital key either! We have family in the area that we visit so I am sure we will be back in the area. We will definitely consider another stay at this Hampton.

People at reception and breakfast room were very nice; the room was big enough but the closet was microscopic and good for nothing, not to talk about the fact that it shared its sliding door with the bathroom! At least during our stay the maids didn't seem to worry about making the bed right or cleaning the room and the bathroom: all they did was emptying the trashcans and replacing towels, that was it. The icing on the cake was the the day before we left, a Sunday, when they didn't even bother to come and make the room: even though we left at 10:30AM and came back around 5PM, we found our room exactly how we had left it. We won't be around soon as we live in Europe but during our next trip we won't stop here,

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the long holiday weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised. It was the most inexpensive place that we could find so we weren't expecting a lot. But the staff was very pleasant and accommodating, and the rooms were basic but very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, and tasty. Great coffee and juice, and a nice variety of other items were available. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel on so many levels. Staff are helpful and terrific. HOWEVER on multiple occasions the TWO luggage carts they own are in use and unfortunately not timely returned. We usually are visiting family and stay a week to ten days. A month ago we chose NOT to stay the 8 nights at this hotel for this reason. We chose to stay here on May 27, 2022 BECAUSE we were staying only one night and could carry all we needed to our room without a cart. SURE enough when we arrived at 8:30 PM on Friday night THERE WERE NO LUGGAGE CARTS AVAILABLE DOWNSTAIRS. We are Diamond with Hilton and have registered our complaint with management multiple times. Because of this continuing unaddressed irritation we will continue to choose to stay elsewhere if we are going to be spending multiple nights. Such a shame because the location is EXCELLENT. WE HAVE FOUND THIS TO BE A PROBLEM AT THIS HOTEL ONLY in our frequent travels.

I received excellent service from Ryan today. Due to the major snow and ice storm we received this week in Tennessee, we woke up with no water. Our pipes were frozen. We called Ryan to reserve a room at noon. Within 30 minutes of reserving the room, our water came back on. I called Ryan back and he told me he wouldn’t charge our card and told us to call him again if we needed any help. Wow!!! Excellent service. The next time we have a need for rooms, I’m using Hampton Inn in Spring Hill.

This is a very nice and friendly place to stay. The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond. I stay here frequently and the staff takes the time to get to know you and speak to you. It's great. The Ducks are a nice touch that is added! Thank you!

We stayed here on our way down to Florida. Our trip was delayed due to accidents on the highway so we decided to stay here for the night. Arrived after 11pm staff were extremely friendly and accommodating . The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Although we didn’t need to use any restaurants around the hotel there did seem to be a lot of choice surrounding the hotel

We stayed in Spring Hill to visit with some dear friends. We were very happy with our room. It was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Good breakfast, too. Lots of restaurants close by.
