Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection

This booking is a total rip-off from the beginning to end. 1.Make sure you have free cancelation because you will surely use it. 2. Just know that there are extensive hidden fees including paying for paddle boarding, scuba diving, etc whether you use them or not all guest are required to pay at the end amongst other things. 3.Customer Service was horrific from beginning to end starting with long check in wait times without any acknowledgement also don't expect them to initially fill you in on the astronomical fees that they tack on in the end.Also, upon finding out they placed me on a ground level floor facing all the foot traffic opposite of any ocean or scenic views, I was promised a room change the following day which never happened for the duration of my stay. 4. Room service surprisingly came to my room at 8pm inquiring about service which was bizarre. 5.Food is insanely expensive including room servic delivery. I paid almost $50 for a small sized pizza at the low end restaurant.Free Breakfast which was listed upon booking as well as on my receipt was anything but free so be where.They told me upon checkout it is only $80 but there is nowhere stating that information. One hostess at Salt shack told me it would would be a 20minute wait for breakfast or I can try a buffet upstairs but after walking in the hotsun upstairs there was no buffet or restaurant and so the 20 minute wait continued. 6.Overall hiddeen fees were were astronomical.This is a 2star rating at best.i hate that I chose this place for my stay it was a total rip off!

Absolutely amazing time at Buoy Haus. Went for a solo Mommy vacay to get some peace and tranquility. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Food, service, drinks, comfy and quiet rooms, and amazing friendship. Major shoutout to Michelle and the ladies at Sand Bar, Isla, and Salt Shack. Can’t thank y’all enough for taking care of this Mama in much need of a recharge!!

We just spent a day at a cabana at Buoy Haus on Morningstar Beach and it was fabulous! The waitstaff and pool attendants were friendly and accommodating and Margot was awesome setting everything up. The beach is bigger than I thought and it's mostly sandy, clear water in a protected bay, so it feels really safe. As part of the cabana, we had access to non-motorized water sports, such as kayaks, sailboats, paddle boards and snorkel equipment which was a bonus. It's a beautiful location and a relaxing experience.
