If I could give zero stars I would. I used travel points to reserve a room via my travel app a week before traveling. When I arrived at 10pm on the date of my reservation I was informed that no rooms were available. The desk staff spoke very broken English in a soft tone of voice thru a plexiglass partition, so understanding what he was saying was a challenge, but I did understand that I was not only not going to be staying the night in a room I had paid for in advance, but I was also not going to receive any sort of assistance from the people who overbooked their hotel to the detriment of a would be guest. When I asked how I was able to make a reservation at all if the place was already booked to capacity, I was informed that rooms WERE available at that time. When I followed up with why there were no rooms now, I was informed by the person at the desk that it was because they overbooked the place. At the rate they were charging for the night, I honestly did not expect much more than a clean bed and bathroom, but what I got was a "sorry, not sorry, so be shovin' now."
