I booked this hotel because 4 1/2 star Hilons properties are rare in the Memphis Area, and it was listed as "recently renovated" on the Hilton sites, Sure enough, it looked refreshed, though not thoroughly re-done. For a Home2, the room we had was smaller, lacking a dividing curtain. On the other hand a GUs's chicken (a must-do Memphis favorite) is just down the road. I'm leaning like 3 1/2 stars. (but that's not an option). Really, we were disappointed in the execution of some very basic things. We pulled the sofa bed and the pad had crumbs; the package of bedding was stuffed, not folded into its bag, indicating that the sofabed had been used, and indicating linens had been stuffed back by a customer. The shower gel ran out, went to the front desk, and was acknowlged, but no one ever came.

Worse Home2 I have ever stayed in. As a diamond Hilton member, I stay in multiple Hilton hotels a week. This was one of the filthiest I’ve been in. Home2 are usually reliable for being newer/cleanlier. This place was awful and the staff members were rude. I was happy to leave and did not even use the shower or eat at this facility due to the uncleanliness.

Worst Home2 Ive ever stayed in, wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here, room stunk, it was dirty, had no shower curtains, stains in tub, lights didn’t work, furniture literally fell apart when you tried to use it. Id definitely keep this one as a last resort like a Motel 6.

Clean and modern accommodations. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always look for the Home2 Suites brand. I think this is the best value out there in travel accommodations for business or leasure.

Overall, I would stay here again. There was nothing terrible, nothing great. An awkward item was that there was a gap at the bottom of my door of about 2 inches, which was just strange that the room was not completely sealed. Bed and pillows were adequate and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. I like yogurt and that was good. Generally, not a fan of the pre-made, artificial egg products, but again, it was adequate. Worst thing, WiFi was not working, so I had to hot spot for my connection.

This is definitely a drive by and no return hotel. *Upon on check in, desk clerk very unfriendly and uninformative. *one elevator only at front of hotel. Exits on each floor to state fire alarm at each end of hallway with alarm so could not use, Glad there was no emergency. *Room dirty and also felt dirty. Bathroom floor needed scrubbed as evident by our wet towels I picked up off floor to put in bottom of shower. Dirty towel from floor grime. *Heavy film both shower doors and door tracks very dirty. Bottom and walls did not appear clean. *No hand towel to dry dishes. *Air conditioner by window base was really thick with dust and dirt. *****Definitely not to Hilton standards. We make a total of 8 visits through this city (combined-) to and from New Orleans. Definitely will return to the Drury across the highway. Staff very friendly, breakfast 100% improved and hotel rooms very clean and fresh.

As a Hilton Diamond Member, I was was highly disappointed at the accommodations. I was set to stay at another Hilton location in Memphis but chose this one that could accommodate my family. I've stayed here before but the room we were in needs repair. The bathroom door would not stay closed. Toilet pressure stopped. However, the ladies at the front desk were very nice but the hotel rooms need a little attention. It's in a great location but for those prices, definitely need to address some things.

The worst hotel service I have ever experienced. In general, the hotel was not well kept, no where near Hilton standards. We stayed in a king suite, room 131 and the only thing good I can say was that the AC worked. The shower door would not stay closed, the faucet handle was lose on the sink, and the room didn't feel as clean as other hilton properties I've stayed in before. Unfortunately (to my own fault) I left my wedding rings when we checked out the next morning. A few hours later I remembered and called and spoke to the front desk. I was told the room had been cleaned and the rings had not been turned in but to call back on Tuesday to speak with a manager or head of house keeping. I called again the next day and the GM was incredibly rude. She put me on hold to go look in the room and then said the rings were not in there and nothing had been turned into her and hung up in my face. Why would she not ask the housekeeper that serviced the room just to be sure? Someone has my rings and it's sad the world we live in now people cannot be honest. Tough lesson learned. I will NEVER stay here again.

Our original room was nice and the staff friendly: but we had a leak in ac which caused floor to become wet and we had to swap. The new room wasn’t as roomy or clean. I did not bring it to attention bc we just had to swap rooms. Bed was comfortable but only 2 small pillows for a king bed. They weren’t comfortable
