We stopped here on the way to Tennessee! My wife and her friends needed a late check out, which they accepted! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accompanied what we needed! The room was ok and the I’ve had better beds but that’s what you get! The shower was good with plenty of hot water! There hot breakfast was okay, nothing fancy or much only waffles, and two kinds of cold cereal!

The door does not open automatically. The lady at the desk saw us standing there and did not say anything. And when we came into the hotel, a man greeted us rudely. I was very uncomfortable and felt in a very unsafe environment for me and my family. I would say do not patronize this hotel because by doing so it helps to perpetuate the terrible service and absolute lack of human decency that they have.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom, which is a must for me. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment. Compared to other hotel breakfast buffets, the fare was sparse. There are plenty of breakfast options in the area once you leave the hotel.

Stay was ok for overnight. I did notice a smell when entering the room but I could not identify it. The plumbing needs work. It took many flushes to clear the toilet. Bed was ok and room temperature adequate. Glad to see small refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast in the morning was not stellar but It served it's purpose.They need a microwave however to heat up the cooled down eggs and I guess the the meat patty was sausage. There was several options though. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Stayed here on our recent trip to the area. Check in-check out was fine.. Staff was really nice and helpful and our room was nice. Easy access from the interstate, breakfast was fine to start your day. Would stay here again.

We chose to stay here for two reasons, actually 3; we wanted to stop 7-8 hours from home as we drove from NY to Sevierville, Tennessee, we love to swim laps & the pool here was the perfect 36' length for that &, lastly, we were so impressed that the manager made a special point of walking over to the pool to measure its length for us before we got here. Very personal attention which we appreciated. The hotel is clean, breakfast is basic but filling, rooms are a good size, the hotel is smack-dab next to the highway (you don't hear any highway noise at all) & its only down side is that it is 7 miles from the village of Lexington, although it is worth the drive for dining & a walk- about (but not on a Sunday, when everything closes down early).

We have stayed at quite a few Quality Inns and this one is by far the best Quality Inn we have stayed at. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room were very clean and large. The shower water pressure was great. The indoor heated pool was very clean and warm. We would recommend this motel to anyone.

Ok so the hotel is definitely in need of a facelift but it did the job for a quick overnight stay. I’ve stayed here multiple times throughout the years on my way from Montreal to Florida. Sure the room is not perfect and it wouldn’t hurt to remodel the whole place but, the staff is truly amazing. So helpful and kind, the front desk staff at checked-in were fantastic, friendly and answered all our questions. They provided stellar service! We don’t return here every year for the hotel but because we are always so well served. Our room had everything it needed and in working condition, bedding was comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located right off the I-81 with a gas station right in front: everything you need to quickly get back on the road. We always leave earlier than breakfast time so we never tried it but the complimentary coffee in the lobby is definitely welcomed.

This Quality Inn is little different from any other budtget motel. The room was fine, slight smell of cigarette smoke, but otherwise about what you would expect. The reason for the 5* review relates to the staff. By accident, I left my keys in the room when we departed. When I realized it when I got home that evening, I called and talked to the very nice desk attendant that I had met two days earlier. Cristina had my keys in hand from the return from the next room occupant. She and management staff returned the keys to me, without charge, the next day. I can't say how much that meant to me. Additionally, the breakfast room lady was so nice and helpful. This rating is to give proper recognition to the friendly and caring staff. If in the area again, we'll stay there.
