Great service, there is hot chocolate packs, tea and coffee at reception. Room is clean. However, room is slightly small and it is difficult to find space to open luggage on the floor. Bathroom is cold, maybe cold air was coming through the ventilator. Air condition/heater is efficient, but air flow is too strong even at low fan setting.

Ich habe in dieser Unterkunft Mitte der Woche geblieben und hatte ein Heißräderzimmer für eine gute Rate. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die meisten Zimmer Heißräder haben. Jedenfalls hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber. Ich bevorzuge den Boden mit den Heißrädern, so fühle ich mich nicht, wie ich die Leute unter mir störe mit dem Jacuzzi Motor-Roaring. Bett war super komfortabel, der Jacuzzi funktionierte großartig. Das Hotel befindet sich ziemlich darn nahe zu allem. Sie haben auch ein Fahrradverleihprogramm, das, wenn Sie in das sind, Sie zu wohin Sie schnell gehen wollen! Ich habe im Sommer besucht. Ich würde gerne im Winter auf diesem Platz bleiben. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, mit dem Heißräder, komfortable Bett. Es macht einen schönen gemütlichen Raum im kalten, schneevollen Sierra Winter.

I stayed here for 3 nights while skiing at Heavenly. It was just under a ten minute walk to the gondola. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They allowed me to keep my car in their lot the day I checked out so I could ski the last day without paying to park by the gondola.

Good location, clean, quiet (despite our room facing the road and being at the top of the stairs so lots of people passing by), good breakfast kept fully stocked and very clean by some hard working ladies, all 3 front of house staff we encountered were friendly and polite But I had to make my bed!! They changed the towels ( not necessary after one night) but the making of the bed is apparently not done on stay overs of less than a certain number of days. If it’s a covid, cost saving or staffing issue then second nights should be at a reduced rate. For me it’s a luxury to have someone else make my bed. We think the pool was open but as it had a barrier splitting it in 2 it wasn’t worth using as you couldn’t have a proper swim Good value however.

Ich kam früh, nur ein paar Stunden, aber ich musste extra zahlen. Es war nicht der sauberste Ort, aber es war gut. Die Reinigungsfrau war sehr nett und ich kaufte ein Fahrrad, das ich ins Zimmer parken konnte. Ich hatte keine Küche oder so etwas, nur eine Mikrowelle und keine Platten und Sachen, so dass es ein Bummer war. Ich konnte gehen und zurückkommen, wann immer ich wollte und am letzten Tag musste ich früh auschecken, aber weil mein Bus am Abend spät verließ, fragte ich den Kerl, ob ich bis dahin bleiben könnte. Zuerst wollten sie mich für diese wenigen Stunden extra bezahlen, aber ich sagte ihm, dass ich bereits zu Beginn extra bezahlen musste, so blieb ich bis zum Abend. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung ok/gott.
