The accommodation had not been cleaned before I arrived. The bathroom showed stains of the previous guests' shower gel, the refrigerator was covered in dog hair, inside and outside. The bedsheets were wrinkly as if someone had already slept in it and had stains on both the duvet cover as well as the pillows. Of course there were hair on the bed as well. The biggest issue though is the LACK OF SAFETY provided in this room specifically (#18). When I entered the room, the window was opened. It was a sliding window but the sliding mechanism was stuck so I couldn't close it. Same goes for the blinds that were stuck half-way leaving me no privacy at all. There was a small roof underneath the window, the room was on the first floor (second floor in american way of counting) and ANYBODY COULD HAVE EASILY ENTERED THE ROOM FROM OUTSIDE! Since I was travelling by myself I did not want to stay in this accommodation any second longer however, it was almost midnight when I arrived so I decided to stay for one of the three originally booked nights and look for an alternative the next morning. I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED my dissatisfaction not even half an hour after I arrived and was initially GUARANTEED to be refunded by their "guest relations team". The whole morning the next day I spent finding an alternative accommodation that was within my budget, considering I would have to wait for the refund of the remaining two nights. Ever since I have contacted them multiple times and the only response I get is that they have to forward the issue to management who will get back to me. Of course nobody has ever gotten back to me. I also contacted *********** customer service who said they haven't heard from the accommodation staff. Which is also the same thing that the accommodation staff says about *********** customer service. After a month of trying to find a solution I finally decided to publish this review.
