GGastnutzerReally good service. Really good location. Just a great hotel in Gensan, at just the right price. Check in was a breeze. And the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good too! They change up the menu a little each day so it doesn’t get boring if you’re staying there days on end and like your breakfast. It’s a good mix of Filipino food, and generic breakfast food like breads and eggs how you like it. Pretty decent salad bar too. If you like a little ambience with your stay, and don’t mind a little city noise at night, then it’s perfect. 5 stars from me all around. Definitely gonna stay here again.

OOcasionesSchnell Check-in im Prozess am Container. Das Personal hat die richtigen Anweisungen für WiFi und Frühstück gegeben. Die Lage ist in ruhiger Umgebung und ist ziemlich nahe dem Park und anderen Einrichtungen, die zu Fuß entfernt sind. Wir hatten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Der Aircon und Kabel-TV funktionierten gut. Das Bett ist komfortabel, aber es wäre besser gewesen, 2 Kissen zu haben. Seife und Shampoo sind zur Verfügung, aber kein Gewebe. Trinkwasser ist auch kostenlos verfügbar. Frühstück ist grundsätzlich. Parkplatz ist auch vorne verfügbar.

The reason is, it is easy to get in touch with happiness, close with the public park/ bus terminal/ 7-11/Mit. Super market/ Jollibee Quick food/ private hospital/ government Hall......
And at a cheaper price, you can afford 24h/ 700php

I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

1. Pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too bulky. I was able to sleep well because of the pillows.
2. The place was not noisy so it was very peaceful for me.
3. The staffs were actually accommodating and welcoming. They immediately attend to our needs.
4. The room was very spacious for 4 people.
Points for improvement:
1. Bathroom door was broken - this was reported to their front desk and they immediately went up to the room to check (which is a thumbs up for the service part). I suggest, they should thoroughly check first the rooms before accommodating guests.
2. They should have a landline per room to be able to contact the front desk for any needs. They should also inform the guests upon check-im how to contact the front desk.
3. Restaurant food is a little pricey.
4. Airconditiong was not cool enough for some of us.

GGuest UserIch reservierte ein Familienzimmer, als sie meine Tante vom Flughafen abholten und am nächsten Tag überprüften. Sein großer Raum, komfortables Bett mit 2 bunk Bett, sauber und ruhiger Ort zu bleiben und zu Fuß entfernt zu St Elizabeth Hospital und SM Gensan .
