-when you advertise parking in the facilities means you have a proper parking. What they had was a street parking and unless you find that single spot outside the hotel, which it’s covered by the camera, then your car isn’t safe. -The location was not walking distance to downtown with shops and restaurants so unless you have a car be prepared to walk 3-4kms. -On the check in we were asked to give our credit card details in case of any damage. Although states that you need a Credit Card, there was no guarantee of not charging you anything later as it was nowhere written in a paper or anything. You just have to give your card number and details. -On first afternoon I explained to the lady that our room is extremely noisy and we need to rest as recovering from illness and she just waived her head with irony and no solution. Eventually we were offered another room, on the same floor, so same noise, for 500MX extra. Her attitude was unacceptable. -The bed in our room was broken. It was leaning on the side and made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even sit down. -On booking I received 8 emails!!! And 2 WhatsApp messages stating to reply to the message in case we need something. When I messaged them saying we have not been able to sleep till 1am due to noise and we were waking up at 5:3am, nobody reply, nor even bothered to open the messages. -the neighbour feels very unsafe and dodgy.

GGuest UserTraumhaft angelegte, naturnahe, weiträumige Hotelanlage, 1a Karibikstrand, diverse Poolanlagen. Insgesamt nach wie vor gepflegt, aber leider nicht mehr ganz so gut wie noch vor 2 Jahren. Wir hoffen, dass sich dies wieder ändert (siehe auch Gäste), sobald wieder mehr Mitarbeiter bei steigenden Gästezahlen im Hotel tätig sind. Traumhaft angelegte, naturnahe, weiträumige Hotelanlage, 1a Karibikstrand, diverse Poolanlagen. Insgesamt nach wie vor gepflegt, aber leider nicht mehr ganz so gut wie noch vor 2 Jahren. Wir hoffen, dass sich dies wieder ändert (siehe auch Gäste), sobald wieder mehr Mitarbeiter bei steigenden Gästezahlen im Hotel tätig sind. Lage: Riviera Maya, direkt am Strand. Ausflüge werden u. a. vom Hotel angeboten, sind aber auch auf eigene Faust (mit den öffentlichen Kleinbussen, am besten die Expressbusse nehmen) möglich. Fahrzeit bis nach Playa del Carmen ca. 20 Minuten, bis nach Puerto Morales (Strand) ebenso. Verpflegung: Das Hotel bietet auch unter Corona Bedingungen eine 1 a mit Sternchen Verpflegung, der Service ist auf sehr hohem Niveau, orientiert sich aber an US-amerikanischen Standards (Teller werden z. B. ultraschnell abgeräumt). Morgens und mittags/ tagsüber werden Speisen a la Carte oder am Buffet angeboten: frisch zubereitete Gerichte (teilweise Showcooking), nach wie vor sehr gute Auswahl, wenngleich geringer als vor Corona. Am Buffet wird man ebenfalls bedient, so dass die Hygiene ausreichend gewährleistet ist. An den Pools gibt es tagsüber ergänzend ein Speisenangebot, das man ”edles Fast Food” nennen könnte. Abends stehen 5 Restaurants zur Auswahl, alle auf sehr hohem Niveau, leider sind die Speisen nicht immer so heiß wie sie sein dürften. Geschmacklich und von der Verarbeitung / Präsentation dennoch 5 Sterne. Getränke: Was das Herz begehrt, jeglichen Cocktail (nicht alkoholisch und alkoholisch), Säfte, Kaltgetränke, Kaffeespezialitäten... Zwei rote und zwei weiße Hausweine stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung und sind durchaus zu empfehlen. Hinweis: Kaltgetränke werden gern mit sehr viel Eis angeboten, hier empfiehlt sich, explizit mit wenig Eis zu bestellen. Zimmer: Wir hatten wieder ein Deluxe Zimmer, welches für unsere Bedürfnisse absolut ausreicht. Sie sind geräumig und werden sehr sauber gehalten. Unser erstes Zimmer lag zum Weg, war laut (siehe Gäste), uns wurde schnell ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Service: Massage u. ä. orientiert sich an dem US-amerikanischen Preisgefüge, irre teuer, haben wir daher nicht genutzt. Roomservice steht auch zur Verfügung, ebenso ein sog. Privilege Club mit besonderem Service (z. B. besondere Strandliegen). Beides haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Eine hauseigene Wäscherei übernimmt zu günstigen Konditionen die Reinigung der eigenen Kleidung. Sport: Es gibt ein sehr umfangreiches Sportangebot: Tischtennis und Tennisplätze (Schläger und Bälle werden unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt), Wassergymnastik und Pool-Biking (nicht ausprobiert), ein augenscheinlich gut

GGuest UserI don’t even know where to start. Residence Inn at Marriot Playa Del Carmen has to be on of my pleasant hotel experiences ever. Starting from the positive vibe you feel as soon as you enter the premises all the way to when you checkout, they make you feel like a truly valued guest. Staff Everyone keeps smiling at you and they always try their best to accommodate your requests. Willy(security) was always there to assist whenever we arrived at the hotel. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area, so he could put you on the right track regardless of which destination you were trying to get to. Gabriela (front desk) was super pleasant to work with during our check-in, when we had to extend our stay and every others time we had to request assistance from her. She always had a smile on her face and truly made us feel welcome. Cleanness The hotel appears to be brand new, with modern amenities and great décor. They keep all the common areas squeaky clean. I had to work from my room, so oftentimes when Domingo and Paulina came by to clean the room, I was in the middle of a meeting, but they never gave up on me and kept coming back until they made sure my room was clean on daily basis. Amenities Considering it is a hotel, they have an amazing gym and rooftop pool. I was hesitant about working out there at first when I made a reservation, but after seeing the equipment, size and clean environment they have at the gym, I actually looked forward to working out in the mornings. Food They serve decent breakfast(included) in the mornings between 7 to 10 am. They also have a specious dining area, so you will never have an issue finding a table. Waiters are also amazing, they try everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience. Thank you for an amazing experience, we will be back!

AAnonymer BenutzerEs ist eine Hotelgruppe, die drei oder vier Hotels zusammengefasst hat, die für die Familie geeignet ist, die auch nur für Erwachsene offen ist, das Hotel ist sehr groß, es muss ein Reisebus nach jedem Ort zurückkehren, mehrere Hotels Hallen und Restaurants und verschiedene Einrichtungen können gegenseitig verwendet werden, die Aktivitäten sind sehr reich, Unter jedem Gebäude gibt es einen Administrator, der alle Bedürfnisse der Kunden dieses Gebäudes betreut! Der Service ist sehr gut! Der Administrator wird jeden Tag nach 8 Uhr morgens den ganzen Tag der Veranstaltungszeitplan und die öffnungszeit des Restaurants und aller Arten von Konzerten veranstalten. Die Aktivitätszeit wird allen gesendet, sehr intim! Die Aktivitäten sind auch sehr reich an Tagen! Es gibt 20 verschiedene Restaurants in der Hotelgruppe, die Sie wählen können, alle sind komplett, sehr aufmerksam! Es gibt auch viele Aktivitäten jeden Abend, Musik-Aufführungen, verschiedene Partys! Die ganze Zeit ist angeordnet! Die Küste ist auch sehr lang, es gibt auch Innensee, die Landschaft ist sehr gut! Sehr gut für Familienurlaub!

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist gut, das Frühstück ist OK, aber ich fühle mich nicht als vier Sternen, Samsung sind ähnlich. Und super nass, auch die Papierkisten im Schlafzimmer sind nass, das heißt, sie haben ein nasshaftes Gefühl. Das gesamte Zimmer ist nass und fühlt sich sehr unbehaglich an. Der Service ist immer noch gut, die Handtücher sind im Bad und es wird weniger als zehn Minuten gerufen, um jemand zu reparieren.

GGuest UserThis was our second vacation trip to the Xcaret Mexico hotel. We really enjoyed the ”ALL fun inclusive” experience, with exclusive transportation and access to ALL Xcaret group parks. We were a family group of 5 rooms, with combination of adults, and adults/children in several of the rooms/suites. We had two concierge services representatives (K.C. and Laura), and they were very attentive and accommodating to our needs, requiring two suite changes to better suit our needs. They also helped us with the restaurants' and parks' reservations (for those which required it), and also with the wheel chair arrangements for my mother-in-law. The restaurants are big, and even though the hotel was fully occupied, we did not feel crowded or had to make lines to enter the restaurants. A most do is the Sunday brunch at the ”Las Cuevas” restaurant. Their meat and seafood offerings were way above what I was expecting, with even a Tuna processing experience made by the chef, ending in a delicious Tuna tartar appetizer. My wife is FULLY vegan (I am not), and we went to their vegan restaurant ”Bio”, and were able to taste almost ALL of their breakfast and lunch menu offerings, with every one having its own palate pleasing taste. Add to that their freshly pressed juices shots, and specialty frozen shakes. By the third day, Xiomara greeted us by our names, and waiter Edgar had known what we already tasted, and ”took care” of us. Kudos to both of them, for understanding and living a true ”costumer service”. This hotel is so well designed, that even there were live bands throughout the lobby and infinity pool areas, the volume was not overwhelming, and you can relax at another area, without it bothering you. Each restaurant had some special drinks, which you can enjoy, so make sure you ask the waiter for the ”special cocktail” of the day. We witnessed two ”destination weddings”, and the open area activities did no interfere with our time to enjoy the hotel amenities, so thank you for that. We even enjoyed another ”shot” of ”free” mariachi's songs while walking near them. On Sunday, we were able to enjoy catholic Sunday mass at the Xpiral chapel. All in all, my family and us had a blast, with ”not enough time” reviews from each and every one of them. We plan on coming back and visit some of the park attractions we did not have time to try, as well as enjoy again the amenities this hotel has to offer its guests. The weather was hot and humid, as it has been in every place in the world at this latitute. Be prepared and drink lots of water! ¡Muchas gracias por poner sus corazones al servicio de sus huéspedes! I took my extended family to Playa del Carmen for a fun week. I booked 4 separate 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms suites at Anah Suites but were given 3 suites at Anah Downtown and 1 suite at Anah La Playa across the street. They were overbooked and our concierge, Daniel Jimenez, tried to accommodate us by offering to move us to the La Quinta by Anah on 5th Avenue & 40th, but we realized that the current location was actually the best since it was close to everything. Daniel was really accommodating and the staffs were really nice! The suites were offered at a good price for the money, however, it is close to a busy street. I let the rest of my family stay at the suites at Anah Downtown and we stayed in the suite at La Playa across the street. Our room was clean but one of the toilet wasn't flushing in 1 bathroom and the shower barely worked in the other bathroom. This was annoying at first, but wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time outdoors doing activities. Be warned that nearby streets are constantly busy (noise all day and all night) and for our trip, the other guests were coming home at 3:00AM in the morning and making a lot of noise. Playa del Carmen is very close to Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-ha, Tulum and a lot of cenotes that were really fun to swim in. We will definitely do this again soon.

YYOUFANGDas Hotel ist nah am Meer, online buchen ist viel günstiger, es gibt ca. 10 kostenlose Parkplätze, der Gesundheitszustand ist gut, die Zimmer sind relativ groß, die Dekoration ist etwas alt, das Badezimmer ist nicht sehr gut, es gibt ein Schwimmbad, sonstige Einrichtungen sind nicht zu sehen Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Es ist sehr bequem, Dinge zu essen und zu kaufen. Am Strand gibt es viele Bars und Souvenirläden.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the employees, particularly Miroslava, Rafael, Timu, Jorge (from the trolly), Mijael (bartender), and Francisco!! They clearly take pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure that every guest had a personalized and memorable experience. * They are warm, friendly, and approachable. They are punctual, reliable, and always strived to exceed guest expectations. Overall, these employees at Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso are truly exceptional. GGuest UserFour family couples rented 4 condos here in Feb 2023. We were there a week. Playa Del Carmen (PDC) is no longer a sleepy fishing village and Google says has 340,000 population. The touristy pedestrian 5th Avenue is flanked by a great music scene reminiscent of New Orleans - IMP. Lots of great live music everywhere, afternoon and evening. As with all tourist destinations it was not inexpensive. While you could find deals (25 peso tacos at The Best Tacos Ever on Mondays) - and local beer from 50 - 65 pesos, hamburgers were 250 pesos at the beach clubs, and we paid as much as 500 pesos for lunch portion of grilled mahi-mahi with a small portion of yam fries. This seemed to always include fresh corn chips, salsa and very often live bands, not mariachis, but 3 to 5 piece bands. This is a new condo hotel residence located at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue, which is 2km north of the ADO bus terminal, the ferry terminal and the centre of the tourist area all of which are on 5th Avenue. It is about 4 blocks to the clean and modern Chadraui Grocery store and 4 blocks to the beach. It is a very pretty building with marble floors, open air lobby with front desk and coffee shop. Great cappuccino. The front desk is manned during the day time. Carlos was friendly, spoke English fluently and was very helpful. The desk’s job was to call the owner if there was a problem with a suite. There is a security person at the building lobby entrance 24 hours. Fresh linens were on Wednesday. This is not a full service hotel. The condo units are owned by different people - meaning, to us, each unit has different kitchen supplies and maintenance, for example. The one bedroom units have two bathrooms, and are designed to be locked off to create 2 separate units. The square footage of what you are renting is listed on the website. Check this carefully to know what you are renting. We had a full ( both parts - Suite 205 and 205L) of a one bedroom suite with balcony. One part would be bedroom with king bed, TV and bath. The other part has kitchen, table height dining bar for 4, TV and a pull out couch and bathroom. The building opened November 2021 and with travel restrictions, I am guessing this season could be considered their first. Like all new buildings, it has construction glitches to be worked out. Hot water was intermittent, water pressure was highly variable and for 24 hours there was no water. The safe in 205L did not work. One of our group (305 and 305L) had next day service (24 hours +) on getting their safe open when it failed. The entrance key for the suite is kept in a lock box beside the entrance door. You will be given a code to access your key. The locks are fussy. We requested and received a key card for the second entrance door. The balcony doors slide back to create a full open air kitchen. The bedroom had blackout curtains. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery for 4. It had 2 non-stick fry pans and assorted non-stick pots and cooking implements. There was

MMendezIm Allgemeinen hatte ich eine tolle Zeit, gute Lage, andere Themen in den Zimmern, der Umgang mit den Leuten an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen müssen gewartet und etwas investiert werden, sie sehen etwas vernachlässigt aus. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber sehr spät.
