Our stay at ramada by wyndham was very comfortable and blissful we enjoyed every bit of our stay the food was really tasty and staff here is very courteous also the hotel is very clean. I would like to visit again at the property

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. Rooms are tidy, well maintained, offers beautiful view from balcony as mentioned by the property. Staff is very courteous, they try to resolve every issue & are available in fraction of seconds when called. Property has well maintained and beautiful garden all over. Restaurant also offers the delicious food. Live music and bone fire makes your stay even more awesome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Resort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

Hotel is at the hilltop with best views,To add up each and every staff member is courteous and on the toes for delivering top notch service.will definitely come to same hotel if visiting Kasauli again

Room was excellent but the extra bed charges was way too much. The sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep .

The menu options were limited and didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, there was significant mismanagement at the live cooking section during breakfast. Orders were taken verbally without proper documentation, leading to confusion and delays. This lack of coordination between the chef and waitstaff detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. Amenities the property is well-equipped with amenities for both children and adults. The play area was particularly impressive, offering engaging options for family fun. This made the stay especially enjoyable for those traveling with kids. Services the staff was generally accommodating, but the issues with breakfast service highlighted a gap in communication and organization that should be addressed to improve the guest experience. Entertainment the live performance organized at the property was soothing and added a wonderful touch to the overall experience. It was a relaxing and enjoyable way to spend the evening, enhancing the ambiance and making the stay more memorable. Overall the stay was good overall and well-suited for families with children. While most aspects of the property were commendable, improvements in breakfast management and menu options would elevate the experience further.

Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Eigentum war wirklich nett und das Personal war freundlich kooperativ und professionell. Aber das Frühstücksangebot war sehr begrenzt und schien zu schmutzig, nicht frisch ! mmt berechnet uns separat für das Frühstück, so dass wir so ein begrenztes Buffet und das zu stahlen, es war überhaupt nicht wert.
