It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

Wir waren zwei Paare, eins im klassischen Zimmer und eins im Executive. Reservieren Sie immer Executive. Es ist ein Zimmer für die Nutzung von Geschäftshotels, während die klassische dringende Aufmerksamkeit benötigt und scheint eher die von einer Pension. Im Executive war das Bad bei der Ankunft schlecht gereinigt und folgte dem ganzen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte). Der Empfangsmann war trotz seiner knappen Englisch freundlich, obwohl er uns ein falsches Zimmer gab, erkannte er, als wir den Aufzug erreichten. Gut zum Frühstück. Vielleicht war es nicht für einen 4-Sterne-Stern erwartet, aber es gab eine Vielzahl, darunter ein typisches Gericht. Wasser von Gemütlichkeit, aber nur am ersten Tag. Anblick auf eine Kommissarin, und sehr nahe der Regierung und dem Zentrum von Sofia auf einem einfachen und sicheren Weg. Kein Lärm trotz des Casinos. Das Wasser des Pools war 29 Grad. Aber nein. Es war GELOSE. In der Regel gute Erfahrung für das Executive-Zimmer-Paris.
