Strange experience. Might be perfectly fine for some but am not an Airbnb type of person and felt like I just crashed some strangers random house in a neighborhood. Was forced to take my shoes off when entering and overall felt very uncomfortable with the interaction . Choose to leave and find another hotel. Will be more careful in the future.

Perfectly fine and everyone was super nice. Just not a 5 star experience we were hoping for. We stayed in the Jacuzzi with a view. It was somewhat in the basement and the view was nice but privacy was not great since anyone walking by can look straight in the windows. Also, to close the shades, you had to climb on the jacuzzi, which is not ideal. The room was fine. The bed had a foam topper on an older mattress. The bathroom was very small, no vanity, tough to even turnaround in. Breakfast was OK but not gourmet and nothing homemade. Overall, it was fine but felt like an older 3-star B&B packaging itself as 5-star luxury. We did appreciate the hospitality and we thank all for that.

We had such a wonderful stay at this B&B. The entire property is beautiful and immaculately kept. It is in a great location, no more than 20 minutes in most directions from beautiful hikes and quaint towns. Owners are extremely kind and welcoming. We booked the Jacuzzi suite. The king bed was super comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi tub, which was spacious and had smart controls. We then had a wonderful homemade breakfast in the morning looking out over the back yard. We will %100% stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend so relaxing.

My husband & I have wanted to visit the Poconos since before we married 32+ years ago and finally made the road trip. We had never stayed at a bed & breakfast, but decided to give it a try and we are so glad we chose this one!! Stan, Julia, and the sweetest staff were so accommodating and AMAZING!!! We were made to feel more like family than guests. The love and care that has been put into this place is so evident and we feel so blessed to have had it shared with us! The mattress, bedding, & pillows were so comfy that my husband joked with Stan about finding a way for us to bring them home with us. Breakfast was delicious, filling, and beautifully presented every morning! The house, along with our room, The Tiffany Suite, were decorated so beautifully and cleaned immaculately. So much attention to details in every way has been made for the enjoyment of others. Thank you all so much for the wit, humor, recommendations, passion, and love that you had to offer us through our conversations. We will forever treasure our time with you all at your beautiful place! “Until next time”!

This Bed and Breakfast is second to none! Stan and Julia are so welcoming. My husband and I stayed in the Royal Treatment suite for our 15th Anniversary and they put a balloon and a sash on our door that said “Happy Anniversary”. It’s all the little details like that that make such a difference. It’s the pitcher of water in your room, it’s the toothbrush holder in the bathroom and the hand soap. Their attention to detail is impeccable, honestly like no other place I have stayed at. The bed was so comfortable that I was trying to figure out a way to bring it home and the bedding was so cozy! The rooms are extremely clean and the furniture was really nice too. The breakfast is to die for. Many courses and each one better than the last. If you are looking to stay in the Poconos, THIS is the place to stay.

Stan and Julia are amazing hosts. The bed and breakfast is beautiful. We felt like we are part of the family. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We will definitely be going back to stay in the future and highly recommend Cherry Manor to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Stan (or was it Boris or Sergei?) was incredibly rude. He made things weird and made us feel not welcome from the moment we arrived. The house smells musty or like mildew from the moment you walk in. You are also expected to remove your shoes and wear these weird slippers while you are in the house. It was creepy like a Stephen king book. The bed was not comfortable at all. It has a cheap cushion on top of an old mattress and the pillows should have been replaced long ago. For the money we payed we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel with much better service courtesy and amenities. We will never stay there again.

My husband and I booked a trip for our upcoming anniversary and decided to explore Pennsylvania. Our first stop was Cherry Valley Manor in the Poconos. Our stay exceeded our expectations and I can’t say enough great things about the owners, Stan and Julia. I felt so welcome and at home…just like I was at my own home. It was quiet and relaxing and our room was so comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the atmosphere of this bed and breakfast. They were also very helpful with recommendations of places to go and places to eat for dinner. Our only regret…was that we didn’t stay longer. You won’t regret it if you book a stay at the Cherry Valley Manor.

We've experienced many B&Bs over the years, but Cherry Valley Manor is probably the nicest we've ever stayed at. This magnificent home features meticulously maintained rooms complete with a jacuzzi in every bathroom, gorgeous grounds that are lovingly cared for, and a very inviting swimming pool. All this is complemented by the warm and welcoming owners, Julia and Stan. Julia's breakfasts, customized if needed for each couple, were delicious. This is a very special place which I highly recommend.
